Ryan Conrad: ADVNC Founder & CEO Chris Rotelli welcomes midfielder Ryan Conrad to the show. In the past 2 weeks, Ryan won a National Championship with the University of Virginia and played for the Atlas in the opening weekend of the Premier Lacrosse League. Ryan was a captain and All-American at UVa. Along the way, he became one of the nation's most prolific & versatile middies for the Cavaliers. He now plays alongside PLL founder, Paul Rabil for the Atlas in the first season of the PLL.

Powell is one of the greatest offensive players of all-time.  A Four-Time All-American at Syracuse, Powell led the Orange to a National Title in 2000.  Ryan was a Two-Time MLL MVP and the Captain of the 2010 US Lacrosse Team that won the World Championship.  Ryan currently works with his brothers at Powell Lacrosse.
