Two guys named Ricky (felon) and Malcolm (drunk) have gotten together to help make life great again. Through each other’s experiences they’ve dedicated their time to helping individuals that have been incarcerated, struggle with addiction, and mental health. They’ve decided that they’ve got a story to tell, and want to help make a difference in their community.

FND 017: Delayed Gratification
In the day and age where everything is right at our fingertips, how can we learn to appreciate the process.  Learning to fall in love with the process and understanding your why. When you finally understand the plans and trust your coaching or team, things become a lot less stressful and you're able to block out the "outside noise".
