Responsibility is the basis of the Hawaiian tradition of Ho’oponopono Prayer. The Ho’oponopono Prayer is “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.” In saying Ho’oponopono Prayer we take 100 percent responsibility for whatever is in our awareness that evokes negative emotion.. fear, guilt, doubt, etcetera. In taking full responsibility there’s the question, “What is going on in me that’s causing _____________________?”

Broken down “I’m sorry” and “Please forgive me” are acknowledging that something, without you knowing what it is, is in your body/mind system. You don’t know how or why it is there, and knowing isn’t needed. If carrying extra weight, for example, you simply have the program making it so. With saying “I’m sorry” you are communicating to the Divine that you want forgiveness in yourself for whatever brought the program to you. You aren’t asking the Divine to forgive you; you’re asking that the Divine help you forgive yourself.

Saying “I love you” transforms the energy from stuck to moving. It reconnects you to the Divine. In saying “Thank you” you are expressing gratitude and faith that the issue will be resolved for the highest good of all connected.

When taking responsibility for circumstances we dislike it seems like what we interpret we’re responsible for is “what to do” about the circumstances. We realized something talking through this episode. The responsibility isn’t about what to do rather the awareness of disliking the circumstances and connecting with the Divine to clean/clear/heal them.

Surrender. Often going with your intuitiveness means surrendering because it sometimes isn’t logical, accepted, what you planned or prepared for. Bringing understanding of surrender and intuitiveness together can allow a more whole presence with it all.. an acceptance and embodying of both of them.

Discussing a current, true situation in Rebecca’s life. Navigating some of the tugs and pulls after being in a loving relationship and the question of whether to stay friends. Without a definite course or right or wrong whether re staying friends, there is something about giving yourself the time and space for letting the answer present itself to you. Help in navigating here can be going through with things that are right for you, writing, Ho’oponopono prayer, being in what you feel in specific moments or spans of time. That in itself allows healing, change, understanding about yourself and the situation to come to the surface and free up lingering emotions / thoughts.

Speaking your truth. Part of it is just doing something differently than you’ve ever done it. A lot of times it is saying things you haven’t said before rather than staying quiet and silent. It opens up a whole different part of yourself and a whole new horizon of realization and understanding. It allows you to stand in yourself and others to stand in themselves, which can bring healthy thing balance. Starting to communicate fully and truthfully you build a frequency of this in yourself and into relationships.

Allowing yourself to be with what is actually happening rather than circumventing. Allowing yourself to feel emotions, identify them, differentiate them. Our system in a holistic sense benefits from having some push and pull with emotions and circumstance. It’s in our design like that of the earth to have cycles, rhythms, changes in our states. It helps us to have a deeper understanding and compassion. Often something that feels jolting moves us away from something that was stagnant. There is the side of going through something hard that is actually a help to us.

How things in life can change in a second but without openness pass you by. Speaking to a series of points and realizations that opened up serious life changes in Rebecca’s life. Hearing the straightforward statement, “You say you’re so spiritual, why don’t you start acting like it and trusting God?” Coming to the thought.. “Okay.. I can make a decision and not know what is on the other side. I can make a decision and not know the outcome.” Connecting with Intuitiveness via hearing (clairaudience), feeling (clairsentience), knowing (claircognizance), seeing (clairvoyance) and having trust and faith.. Asking, “If I wasn’t afraid, would I do this?” and having the presence within yourself to feel fear and go forward with what you want anyways. Not being willing to be “medium happy” in life. There is the reality that going with what is true and honest for you can open things up, sometimes immediately. When thinking about taking a leap, the brain can only see what you may lose; it doesn’t see what you can gain, which can be incalculable.

Explaining how this podcast came to be. Centered around intuitiveness and integrity to self. Learning how you are intuitive (through feeling, knowing, hearing, seeing) gives you such guidance and connectedness to yourself. Intending to create a shared frequency of well-being, peace, connectedness as an overall umbrella to all of our work.
