146 Improving Your Connection to God Without Losing Yourself in the Process with Ana Noyce

We explore deep spiritual concepts that help you to access more of your divine power so that you can create the life that you feel called to create now.

We explore this with Ana Noyce. She's an author, a teacher, a coach and founder of the Light Language University. And as a child, she was fortunate to have a father with a background in Buddhism, and who also studied with the Native American Indians, who taught him the medicine way. And he then passed his knowledge on to Ana. She joined the staff at a local church where she and her family attended, only to have supernatural experiences kind of leak out as she really tried to hold it all in. Eventually, she gave into her spiritual gifts, which has led her to all that she's creating today.

So if you've ever wondered how to reconcile the world of spirituality with the practicality of being human, sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

What You’ll Hear In This Episode

  • What exactly did Ana’s father pass on to her?
  • What spiritual gifts of hers made some uncomfortable in the church she served?

  • What are practical strategies that would help somebody connect to their spirit even if they have no clue where to start?

142 Dig Deeper with Gary Smith (Uncovering Your Purpose)

142 Dig Deeper with Gary Smith (Uncovering Your Purpose)

Today, I'm bringing on a guest to talk about uncovering your purpose and why you must dig deeper and his name is Gary Smith. About 21 years ago, he decided it was time to leave corporate america and go out on his own. That then led him to starting a company called Optimum Performance Technologies. And for the last 21 years, he has worked with businesses and individuals all over the world, helping them take their lives and their organizations to new levels of achievement and success.

While doing that work, he discovered that many problems in business are actually people related and they're caused mainly by leaders who haven't learned how to really lead and develop those on their teams. As a result, Gary started focusing on coaching both leaders and team members. And that then led him down the pathway of becoming a John Maxwell certified coach, and also a John Maxwell certified disc consultant.

And then after coaching for a number of years, he learned that many individuals and organizations don't really succeed because they lack one common ingredient--purpose. This then became such a common theme in the work that he then decided to launch a very new, exciting and very focused brand called the Power of Purpose. And one of his top goals is to educate the world on the power of purpose and work with and guide individuals and businesses as they develop a rock solid purpose.

So if you want to take your life and your business to the next level and learn some wisdom from like a man who's been in the trenches of business for 40 years, sit back, relax, enjoy the show.

What You’ll Hear In This Episode

  • What is the ultimate reason for why somebody does something?

  • What advice would Gary have for those people who don't seem to have a lot of encouragers around them or their environment?
  • What was one of the craziest little encouraging moments that Gary met along his path that was totally unexpected when it comes to purpose?
  • How does purpose work differently in different phases of life today?
  • What are some of the big mistakes Gary has seen people make in discovering their purpose?
  • What's been one of the biggest personal breakthroughs Gary has experienced in his life thus far?

133 The Insane Benefits of Water Fasting

133 The Insane Benefits of Water Fasting

Today I want to talk about the insane benefits of water fasting. Last week, I decided to join a good friend of mine in a fast he's a fasting expert. I guess you could say he's gone up to 30 days without food before.

Now me on the other hand, I  never really ever fasted in my entire life outside of intermittent fasting. I've read about it, I've heard about it, but I've never done it. I've never gone days on end without eating any food. But fasting for a longer period of time is something I've always really wanted to try. So when my buddy said, “Hey man, I'm gonna do a fast for the week” and I was like, I'll join you, what do I need to do? Now it's funny to me, because when it comes to trying new things,

I have this way of being where I don't like to dip my toes slowly instead of just like, I dive in headfirst, this is what I do. And I'll have to tell you, it was amazing. I'll tell you about it in this episode, not even share some of the benefits that science is showing about fasting.

So if you're at a place where you want to take your connection to God, source, universe, whatever you want to call that to the next level, or maybe you just simply want to sharpen your mind and body. Sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

What You’ll Hear In This Episode
  • Why did AJ believe that a lot of people get derailed from their greatness?
  • How did AJ’s fast become incredible?
  • What happened to AJ when he fasted?
  • What are AJ’s daily habits to discipline his mind?
  • How does leading your mind make life a lot better?
  • What is autophagy?
  • How water fast may help people with high blood pressure?
  • How water fasting may lower the risk of chronic diseases?
  • What is snake juice?
  • When did AJ break his fast?
  • How did AJ find his mind, body and soul feel wonderful when he was fasting?

128 Letting Go of Expectations

128 Letting Go of Expectations

Today I'm bringing on a guest to share her story of how to let go of expectations. Everyone experiences adversity in their lives and it seems like no person on earth goes through this life without facing their own demons. And I found oftentimes our demons can actually be a reflection of the expectations that we carry from ourselves. These can be ones that we've adopted from others or made up ourselves. And today's guest has an incredible story. My hope is it will inspire you to stay the course and create whatever it is that you feel called to create. So if you're facing some adversity right now and want some inspiration and motivation, sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

Today’s guest is Elian Haan. I first met her back in my hometown, when I was an active member of the Chamber of Commerce. She's full of incredible energy and she had quite the life experience. And I'm really excited for her to share her story of overcoming adversity from moving from the Netherlands to America and really starting over from zero. She's always been a prominent figure in the fitness industry. In 2015, she started as a wellness coach at a National Addiction Rehab facility where patients stay for 30 to 90 days in recovery. She was asked to develop the wellness curriculum and help people overcome addiction through different styles of movement. She's also a life coach who believes in physical healing and the power of energy and knows firsthand how body movement can have an immediate impact on anxiety and depression.

What You’ll Hear In This Episode
  • What happens when we start caring for our spinal cord?
  • How would understanding what you can do for yourself creates more time?
  • Why don't people want to align with the truth of their experience or potential experiences?

  • Why did Elian feel abandoned by a lot of people in a short amount of time?

  • What would Elian tell her younger self that will help her get results faster?

126 Tap Water vs Bottled Water with Marie Gardiner

126 Tap Water vs Bottled Water with Marie Gardiner

In today’s episode I brought a guest to talk about something a lot of people don't talk about, which is water. Water. Crazy, right? I thought that since 60% of the human adult body consists of water, we should really become more aware of how much water we should put into our bodies and the quality of the water that we consume.

Did you know that the brain and the heart are composed of 73% water, like even our bones consist of 31% water. Now here's the kicker, even though water covers 71% of the Earth's surface and 60% of the human body, 75% of all Americans are suffering from chronic dehydration. And I'm here to tell you like if you're dehydrated at a cellular level in your body, your body's in scarcity. And if your body's in scarcity at a cellular level, how can you expect yourself to go forth and create an experience and abundant life, if at a cellular level, you're not in abundance, and have you considered that you can't.

Because how we show up in one area of our lives, how you show up in one hour of your life is how you're going to show up in the other areas of your life. I believe when you have the discipline to handle and be responsible for some of the basics of life, like making sure you're hydrated every day, there's a direct correlation on ensuring the other areas of your life are full as well. So if you wanna learn how to ensure that you're hydrated, and being abundant at a cellular level, we're gonna dive into some water day and bring on an expert so sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

Today's guest is Marie Gardener. She's a health and hydration coach. She teaches people all about water and she uses antioxidant water to really help her clients neutralize oxidative stress and we will talk about that in this episode and the damage that they experienced so they can really reclaim their lives and feel more energetic and just really live better and longer and have better quality of life.

What You’ll Hear In This Episode
  • What does tapped, filtered or bottled water contain that causes havoc?
  • What are some of the impacts of drinking shitty water?
  • What makes water acidic and what does it do to our bodies?
  • What is “Pro-Oxidant”?
  • Is it possible to drink TOO much water?
  • When did Marie decide to devote her life to helping other people that were feeling the damage of oxidative stress damage?
  • How does ionization happen?
  • What are the solutions to start hydrating to make sure we're operating at our peak potential?
  • Why is bottled water linked to breast cancer?
  • How do people justify making the investment to create good water for their bodies?
  • What are the signs of dehydration?

118 How to Turn Your Knowledge into Money with Alene Keenan

118 How to Turn Your Knowledge into Money with Alene Keenan

In this episode, I’m going to bring on one of my past clients from seven years ago. This episode kind of turned into a hybrid between more of a live coaching conversation and the lessons that she’s learned about turning her expertise into a legitimate online business.

Her name is Alene Keenan. Alene is an author, consultant, and luxury hospitality educator. She went from being a stressed-out Chief Stew to helping hundreds of yacht stewardesses get ahead by building their confidence and skills with online and onboard courses. She was featured on reality television, in her venture into yacht stewardess training. It really wasn’t smooth sailing, but she stuck with it and figured it out. This goes to show you that you can make a living like a great living, leveraging your expertise into a very specific industry.

So if you’re wanting some inspiration, a kick in the pants, and a bit of wisdom to help you turn your knowledge into money online, sit back, relax and enjoy the show!

What You’ll Hear In This Episode
  • What is Alene struggling with right now in her mode of teaching?
  • How is technology affecting Alene’s business?
  • Have you too experienced a giant breakthrough like her’s?
  • What surprisingly happens when we acknowledge our vulnerabilities?
  • Waiting too long to do things is  Alene’s biggest mistake. How did this affect her business?
  • What is a Beta Launch, and how can businesses benefit from it?
  • Why would Alene tell her younger self to pay attention to pre-sale?
  • How can, ‘committing to your reasons versus results’,  affect your marriage and income?
