Marriage, a big deal?
Marriage is a lifetime commitment, and its associated ceremony is one that many people want family members to witness. It's also an opportunity for both families to meet. This is the “big deal" about getting married. Some people choose not to make a big deal, keeping things simple by eloping or having a small ceremony.
