YOU.  Yeah you. You have to take amazing care of yourself because if you don't, nobody else can either.  Our self love routine is so important.  It helps us snap out of the lows faster because we are building strong habits and self belief.  It is a journey.  Be urgent on the pursuit! Episode 39 Freedom 35 Challenge Breakdown
This episode is the breakdown for the Freedom 35 challenge.  I have come up with a systematic breakdown to financial freedom whatever your situation is.  Whether you are 20 or 50 you can thrive.  I am very passionate about financial education.  It is a true goal for me to create financial freedom for the people that are around me.  It takes dedication to earn that freedom for yourself but be confident that you can do it!  We have to lead by example, people are watching us.  Our kids, our siblings, our friends and coworkers, they are watching what we are doing to have the life we are.  If you are happier than most, some people will try to put you down for always being happy and yet that is just a sign that they want some help being happier too.  It's the little things that separate us from the ok life and help us achieve the greatest life we can create. I would love to hear everyone's feedback from the challenge.  What did you learn about yourself?  How did you feel before, during and after the challenge.   What has permanently shifted for you?  Who have you seen make changes in their lives recently (was it because you stepped up in your life) and ask yourself this one last thing: Am I more confident that I can win in my life? Message me your testimonials at or reach out on Instagram @pursuitofrelentless or @alainanadig on Instagram or Facebook.  Thanks in advance for all your feedback and your continued support lets go change the world!!

Episode 36: Being a lighthouse with Alex Vonderhaar
This interview was very interesting for me.  I learned how Neuroscience can help us understand people and how it can be tied into our marketing strategies to help us grow our businesses.  As a millennial I hate the stigma of Just Show Up.  It frustrates me that people think showing up is good enough and then they expect to be successful. The reality is... you have to show up for yourself and challenge yourself to stand out in a crowd. Follow Alex on Facebook and Instagram for more of his content.

Episode 29: Breaking through Challenges with Gareth Norris
This family has a really incredible journey.  Today we talk about the impact a community has on an outcome.  How people want to come together and help each other so simply.  It is truly amazing to see the masses of people who are volunteering around the community.  If we don't take care of each other, nobody else will.   We also talk about the fact that there is no overnight success.  You don't just snap your fingers and have it all figured out.  You gotta work for it.  Your business may have an explosion but you put in that work ahead of time.  Patience is key.  Gareth made a really great comment at the end that really stuck with me. He said "if you're doing the right thing, you don't have to defend yourself."  YES!!  If we do what's right for our clients instead of worrying about the instant sale we will win the long term success game. @garethnorris at Paddy McSwiggins.

Rob Cressy absolutely blew my mind in this episode.  Get your notepad ready to take notes because this guy tells it like it is.  We have to live the life we design for ourselves instead of living on autopilot.  How are we showcasing who we are?  What is our posture going into a conversation?  Am I coasting through life or creating my journey?  Interview your future. Today's episode we talk marketing.  Erica is a stand-up comedian and so much more.  She has been in the marketing space for a while now and man... that girl can crush it.  We talk about why we use marketing and the whole "What's in it for me" focus that is needed for client attraction.   We chat about how there is so much pressure to be perfect and fancy now-a-days and how we need to focus on the present as well.  Balance, that exists if we make it. Focus on number 1. Yourself.  @ericamcomedy

Episode 25: Fit Body Fit Mind
Al Santerno has been coaching me the last little while.  Such a helpful man.  You know when you meet that person that you know operates with integrity and takes pride in their work.  Thats Al.  Today we got into why it is so important to have a personal development goal.  We need to use our minds and constantly adapt.  When the struggle hits... how fast do you swing back?  How do you react?  Do you sit in the corner crying or do you stand up and say FUCK IT I can handle anything, bring. it. on.   When we practice mental toughness we build real belief in ourselves.  Holding yourself accountable is the hardest thing ever guys.  That little bitch voice comes out and tells you that you can't do that thing, you are going to fail, you don't deserve it... You build confidence by telling that bitch to WATCH ME and get after your goals with urgency. @Alsant65

Episode 24: Let's just be happier and present
Reflection.  Being present in the life we live.  Coming back to what really matters to us.  Are we actually giving the time to our families that we tell ourselves we are?  Or are we MISSING OUT COMPLETELY on what really matters to us?  How can we have it all?  The fitness.  The family life.  The business????? AND still have a life?!  Kim Litvak has been in business for years.  She has seen the ups and the downs in the real estate world.  Covid has changed things up a lot in the world.  People are being more observant.  Figuring out that the aren't as well protected as they thought.  Scary stuff man..... How can we make the best of it?  How can we find a way to use these crazy days as a time we focus harder.  Push ourselves more.  Come together with the ones we love.  We can have it all.  Be Relentless. @kimlitvak

Episode 23: Building a Legacy with Rob Trampuh
Always give your best effort What do you value in your life?  Family, nature, creating impact?  Right now it a time of reflection, everyone is thinking more.  Most people are wondering if they have enough insurance if they were to get sick or pass away.  They are thinking of stability in times of chaos and stress.  They need time to reflect of what is important.  I think we are all realizing what really matters in life.  Relationships with people.  How we are changing peoples lives.  Inspiring people all around us.  Make someone smile today.  Do something kind.  Love more vibrantly.   Ask yourself this: How will you be remembered when you pass away.  Like.... if you died in the next week how would you be remembered by your great grandchildren.  Would they be telling stories of how many lives you changed or your accomplishments or would they be telling people they don't remember.  Make your life memorable.  Love life.  Embrace the suck and continue with the pursuit, Thanks for the inspiration Rob Trampuh @timber_peak_co

Episode 19: Facing Fear Head On
How many people are scared right now.... too many.  Media is so terrifying right now and yet we are consumed by it.  It is so difficult not to get sucked into the negativity.  We cannot let our guards down.  We must practice our mental toughness on a daily basis.  Callusing our minds for days like this.  Shit happens.  How can we pivot?  How can we improve through the crisis?  How can we change our mentality from being "HOLY F*** THE WORLD IS ENDING" to "hmmmmm...... I am so glad I practice mental toughness or I would be really stressed out right now." We all battle this.   I cannot express how grateful I am to listen back to this moment, when I didn't want to do anything but lose it... and see that I did it anyways.  Show it when it's tough because we are all HUMAN.  We have to share our thoughts with each other.  What if a positive vibration from you can pass to someone who is not doing good mentally right now?  What if you can change their life with one conversation? Would you make the contact? Would you be too scared to share the real shit you are going through? Be UNIQUE.  BE YOU!  You at 100%.  As Rachel Hollis would say:  BE YOUR OWN DAMN HERO!

Episode 1: My Pursuit of Relentless
My name is Alaina Chisholm.  I am from BC Canada and I want to share my journey with you.  Over the last few years I have grown and adapted in many ways.  Employee to Entrepreneur, extremely obese to athletic, and most of all, absolute disillusion to aware.  This podcast will tell you about my journey so far.  Krewella- Fortune is my intro because that song has helped me in so many ways over the years.  Enjoy.
