41. How To Process The Urge To Drink
In this week's episode of The Alcohol ReThink Podcast Patrick has something a little bit different for you. It's a 10 minute guided meditation he created to help you process the desire to drink without acting on it or trying to resist it. Feelings are incredibly important and what make life so beautiful. The reason we do or don't do anything in life is because of how we think it will make us feel.
