Michelle Walsh - hormones and how to manage it in the busy world of parenting and business.

Michelle Walsh - hormones and how to manage it in the busy world of parenting and business.

Conversation with Women’s Nutritionist & Personal trainer Michelle Walsh about optimising hormonal health for better function. My passion is empowering women such as yourself through the noisy space of Nutrition and Fitness. Having experienced various fertility problems over the course of 5 years I embarked on a journey of self discovery absorbing everything I could find on the female body. Learning how hormones, movement, and mindset influence 99% of what we want to achieve in our lives. It certainly did for me, becoming a proud mama bear in 2015. I now help support busy mums in their 30’s and 40s allowing them to thrive not run in survival mode. Through food, movement and mindset we can have our healthiest and fittest days ahead of us not behind.

The dark prospects for autistic teen - the reality for many parents

The dark prospects for autistic teen - the reality for many parents

Cute, little, innocent, autistic, white, accepted .... well most of the time.

Lucky to have a mum that advocates for him and take no offence to people's judgements, assuming they simply don't understand.

Now, 17, considered an adult but the same little boy inside a man's body, autistic with few more labels to his name.

No one sees the innocence and acceptance it is harder to find these days.

With every trip outside of our home or school we take, we risk a lot.

In todays #nonolimits podcast I have shared the dilemmas and struggles of #autismmumpreneur and a child that is becoming a man in the world that's not equipped to support him.

Learning how to 'struggle well' - getting comfortable with discomfort

Learning how to 'struggle well' - getting comfortable with discomfort

I am talking about the preparations I have taken to face up to challenging times. Suffering, hardship, pain, struggle... it's unavoidable

Nothing worth having comes easy.

I approached my life head on, sober and honest with myself about how achieving what I set myself to do will happen. What will it take and that it will be very hard.

I have fallen in love with the process, however hard, as it's more rewarding then not the destination.
