18. Post-Birth Control Syndrome + Natural Treatments

Change doesn’t always have to be scary and uncomfortable 8. It’s much easier to embrace change than to fight it 9. When we change, this is an opportunity to grow and move forward, when we don’t change we actually stay stagnant and even move backwards since the rest of the world is changing, if you’re not, you’re going backwards. 10.
