14 - Taking a social media break for a few months was one of the best things I have done for myself mentally within the past year.

One of my little cousins unfortunately experienced a seizure this past week and I realized that the average person isn't aware of what to do to help a person who is having a seizure in front of them. I am not a medical expert in any way, but here are some basic information I could give to the best of my knowledge and ability to spread awareness.

An update with how life is going!
