On this episode we were blessed enough to move up into the ranks of Junior College Football with Last Chance U Coach John Beam. We talk about Beam's career as a high school coach and how he was able to climb the ladder to become the Head Coach of Laney College.

We talk Strength and Conditioning with Nate Mathis this week on Coach's Corner!!! Coach Mathis is the Defensive Line Coach and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at Walker Valley High School (TN). We go through and discuss the beginning of his career in Strength and Conditioning, and then we move into discussing his weight philosophies and approaches to teaching his athletes not only how to lift, but how to be better be people.

We talk about how his career started in California, how he ended up coaching ball in Tennessee, and how he came to be the Head Coach of his current program. We make sure to touch on the crisis that is effecting all levels of football, COVID-19.
