Savasana
Savasana is a yoga pose typically taken at the end of a yoga class to allow your body to absorb your physical practice.
Also known as Corpse Pose, the body lays completely still on the floor, allowing for the muscles to be relaxed as thought sleeping, yet the mind can remain awake and alert. Make yourself comfortable for 5 mins, using any props such as blankets or eye pillows, to calm and refresh your mind ready for the rest of your day.

Children's Sleepy time; a relaxation to calm your chattery brain before bedtime
This is a short relaxation technique that I practice with my own son to help him sleep and self-soothe when he has a chattery mind.
It is suitable for children aged 4+ (and for adults).
