Eclipse Season has had many of us already feeling a bit drained and discombobulated, and now we welcome Mercury Retrograde to the mix. 

The planet of communication will officially turn retrograde on Monday, April 1st, bringing slowdowns and complications to our communications until April 25th. 

Mercury Retrograde doesn't always have to be thought of as an obstacle, however. It can also be a great time to get momentum going on stalled projects, reconnect with friends, and make repairs.

Mercury will be in both Capricorn and Sagittarius during this retrograde and certain unresolved issues from early November of this year might resurface during this cycle.

Chris gives listeners a heads up that Monday, July 10th could be a powder keg kind of a day in that Mars will be changing signs, Mercury will oppose Pluto, and if you're in the pacific time zone, Mercury will enter Leo that day as well. Chris and Almie ask listeners how the start of Cancer Season has been for them. They talk about this weekend's Virgo Moon and how its attention to detail could feel a bit challenged as the planet Neptune will bring some fuzziness to the picture in the form of a Mercury-Neptune square on Sunday, June 25th. They discuss how Monday, June 26th has the potential for some very combustible energy as Mars will form a tense square with Uranus, leading to spontaneous, rebellious behavior. Mercury will form a quincunx with Pluto on Monday, bringing further tension to the mix, and Mercury will be in the last degree of Gemini, adding to the intensity. A Sun-Saturn trine on Wednesday, June 28th could help stabilize things if the week gets off to a bumpy start, and Neptune turns retrograde on Friday, June 30th, ending the week with some additional cloudiness and fogginess (and hopefully some inspiration too!)

This week also brings the Summer Solstice as well as the start of Cancer Season!

Astrology forecast for May 28-June 3

Chris and Almie talk about the Sun-Saturn square that could have us feeling a bit challenged over the next few days. They also discuss the moon's passage through Virgo, which might have our minds on overdrive as it meets up with the Gemini Sun. They also talk about Mercury being fully out of its shadow period this Wednesday, May 31st (yay!). That, combined with Jupiter's conjunction with the North Node on June 1st, could have us moving full speed ahead, in new directions we hadn't previously considered. The Sagittarius Full Moon on Saturday, June 3rd will further encourage us to grow, expand, and push boundaries.

They also discuss the Sun's transition to Gemini where it will remain until June 21st. Gemini Season always brings with it more socializing, networking, and outside-the-box thinking. They also take a look at Mars' recent transition to Leo and how that can fan the flames of our creativity and personal style over the next several weeks.

Sometimes it does seem like Mercury is always retrograde, but as of Sunday, May 14th, it no longer will be! Sure, it might take a couple more weeks for Mercury to get back up to its usual speed, and our communications could still suffer a bit between now and the end of May, but at least we're trending in the right direction. Chris and Almie talk about Mercury stationing direct, plus the numerous planetary shifts this week that include, but are not limited to: Jupiter entering Taurus, Mars entering Leo, a New Moon in Taurus, and a Mars-Pluto opposition. This will be an eventful week full of highs and lows, so fasten your seat belts and hold on tight!

With Pluto turning retrograde on May 1st and a Scorpio Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on Friday May 5th, this week will not be short on intensity, with great potential for breakdowns and power struggles, but also the opportunity for transformation and reinvention. Chris and Almie discuss the challenging Plutonian energy that will shake things up, but hopefully empower us as well. Be prepared to let some things go this week as there will be a strong push to release relationships and situations that no longer serve us.

Mercury is retrograde once again! Chris and Almie talk about the planet of communication's latest retrograde cycle, which started Friday, April 21st and will last until Sunday, May 14th. They also discuss the Mercury-Mars sextile, which will take place Sunday, April 23rd. With both Mercury and Mars at the 15th degree of their respective signs, this sextile could take on a deeper meaning. They also talk about Tuesday, April 25th being a very productive day as Saturn will form positive aspects with both the sun and the moon. Thursday, April 27th could bring some crankiness (and drama) as the Leo Moon opposes Pluto and squares the sun.

Themes around family and the home can intensify, and we might become more internally driven if the go-go-go pace of Mars in Gemini left us exhausted. Chris and Almie also discuss this week's Mercury-Jupiter conjunction that could have us feeling incredibly optimistic on Monday and Tuesday, as well as the Mars-Saturn trine on Thursday that could bring us endurance, as well as rewards for long-term projects we've been working on.

Astrology forecast for March 11-17

This weekend we're experiencing a lovely Venus-Mars Sextile and a Jupiter-Chiron Conjunction. Both aspects can have us feeling upbeat and empowered. The Scorpio Moon, coupled with the Pisces Sun, could have us deep in our feels this weekend, and we might find ourselves in need of a heart-to-heart conversation, or a hug. Tuesday through Thursday of this week looks to be a bit chaotic with Mars squaring both the Sun and Neptune. Venus could have a little edge to it on Thursday when it transitions from Aries to Taurus and we might be feeling a bit defensive as a result. Friday, March 17th, Mars moves to 26 degrees Gemini, the first time it has advanced that far since it entered the sign of the Twins way back in August of 2022.

Astrology forecast for February 26-March 4

Chris and Almie talk about Saturn entering Pisces, its first trip through the sign of Pisces since 1994. Saturn in Pisces brings with it changes to our social structures and over the next two years, there's a good chance certain systems that have outworn their use will be dissolved, eliminated, or restructured. It represents a big transition period for society and will be felt on a global level. In the short term, the moon will pass through outgoing, chatty Gemini Sunday through Tuesday, favoring communications and socializing. Mercury will enter Pisces on Thursday, March 2nd, but not before it forms a serious conjunction with Saturn. Friday, March 3rd the moon moves into Leo, encouraging us to enjoy life and party this weekend (or just stay home and revel in our own awesomeness!)
