Emily Pereira had a life that looked really good… on paper (this was before Instagram was a thing!) Continually ranked #1 at a top Fortune 100 company, living on the beach with her Myspace founder boyfriend, with a closet full of designer clothes she wore to endless parties events and vacations, she admits it still sounds good. But caught in an endless cycle of never enough, she was anything but genuinely happy. Just when she thought she’d be getting the ring, she found out her man was cheating on her and her whole life crumbled before her. Down to 93 pounds, needing pills to sleep and on the cliff’s edge of depression, a chance encounter with a powerful spiritual teacher with a knack for out-of-body adventures turned the breakdown into a spectacular breakthrough. And so began an unlikely journey to the far ends of the earth and deep within herself that showed her a unique way of being in the world that blows the roof off what we’ve been taught it means to be successful and happy.
More than a decade later, Emily now helps other women discover the magic of their radiant selves, so they too can magnetize soul-affirming love into their lives. An international retreat leader, certified yoga teacher, Gateless trained writing teacher, and life coach specializing in helping women discover their inner brightness, Emily shares the same radical insights she used to transform her despair into her dream life. She’s also the author of the forthcoming inspirational memoir, The Beginner. Carley once worked in the intense corporate fashion world of New York City, spending her workdays people pleasing, and her nights and weekends shopping and drinking to fill the void she felt within. Almost daily, she struggled with low self-worth, poor relationships, and constant anxiety. Worn down and tired, she finally decided it was time to make a change and she began setting aside an hour a day just for herself.
Over the next two and a half years, she went through a process of personal transformation. She realized her issues arose from being afraid to say No —whether out of reluctance to hurt others’ feelings or due to her own crippling anxiety and guilt.
In late 2015, she quit her corporate job, and enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City to become a IIN Health Coach. Today, she is a Self Care Coach and Author of the book Boundaries with Soul, living just outside of Seattle, Washington.

So she said YES.
YES to a different way of living and earning money.
YES to abundance that flows to me with ease.
YES to building and supporting an incredible tribe of women who are ready to say YES to their own side hustle dreams.
Laura has built a wellness business, The Luscious Hustle Podcast and Luscious Hustler community all aligned with her passion and purpose to serve other women and show them how start side hustles that fuel your soul, give you options and turn your purpose into profit. I became interested in integrative medicine more than 25 years ago when I began my medical practice here in Medford. The pressures and financial limitations of traditional medicine often didn’t allow me to spend the time and resources I wanted to with my patients. I strongly believe that traditional medicine is important for good health, but I also believe in the benefits of complementary therapies. So in 2003, I received my fellowship in integrative medicine from the acclaimed University of Arizona and began the process of opening Triune Integrative Medicine in 2006. We are here to determine the best care for patients that promotes healing and wellness. This could involve conventional and or complementary medicine based on our patients’ needs and belief systems.

Geralyn Power used to be a police officer. When she quit the force she launched into a yoga career and now calls herself a wellness junkie. She teaches families how to set themselves free while being a wife and mama.
Savannah Peck has been a personal trainer, solution focused coach and nutrition consultant for eight years. She started a career in fitness because of her passion for dance and kickboxing. She wants to travel the world and retire her mom from a job that is unfulfilling. After five years of working at different gyms in Ottawa, Savannah invested $20K of savings to start her own (traditional style) business. Her vision is to help rewire your mind, recharge your body and rejuvenate your soul. She had the coaching, training and sales skills but lacked business skills and a business model that could help her grow financially. After she gained 30 lbs from stress in the first year, she grew resentful and believed the traditional style business system and education system was outdated. As her resentment grew, she decided to enroll in two spiritual courses with the Algonquin Medicine Man. She worked to heal the resentment and unconscious limiting beliefs. After a year of healing, she still felt in her heart that she didn’t want to trade time for money. A woman introduced her to a health and wellness company that offers solutions to health and wealth. Savannah was skeptical but tried the products and released 18 lbs. The nutrition systems became her lifestyle. She started to learn the business model and she started to learn about network marketing. Within her first year, she earned an extra $20K online. She had her “Aha moment” when she realized her starting investment was only $350 and it was how she released 18 lbs. The extra money from no overhead costs allowed her more time and money to travel. Her passion for business was sparked again at a much deeper level. She is packing her things to work and travel around the world very soon to introduce solutions to prevent and heal mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and financial stress. She is living life for the thrills, not the bills.

She was inspired to launch her business whilst working with a corporate client who commented that the assessment tool being used “The Judgment Index” should be made available to the individual as well as within the corporate world. The tool is used by businesses to measure capacity for good, but crucially it also spots barriers, including stress, energy, self-esteem, self-criticism, and self-care. Having witnessed first-hand how these areas can impact on the working world, and with a little encouragement from the Alpha Female Podcast, she changed her life in 2016, quit her corporate sales job and began working with the Judgment Index and now V is for Values, striving for that all important work/life harmony.
