Do you want to produce animal feed?
This project requires far more than simply mixing different products. Finally, the economic factor must not be ignored. Especially when it comes to feeding. Because animal welfare and animal health are the top priority when it comes to successful feeding. A keyword that feed producers are repeatedly confronted with is "digestibility". Energy sources such as full-fat soy or corn must be hydrothermally treated during processing. This is the only way to change pollutants or substances that are difficult to digest in order to make them easily digestible for the animal. Here, our AMANDUS KAHL Expander comes into play for this process. We have been using this for several decades to hydrothermally process individual components that are difficult to digest. It can be used either at the end of production to produce expandate or before pelleting to optimize both the pelleting process and the end product.

The Production of Wood Pellets with KAHL Pellet Mills
Green energies are becoming increasingly important. Whether via wind turbines or hydroelectric power - energy production can be made green in different ways. One is the CO2 neutral combustion of wood pellets. However, these wood pellets must first be produced. This is where AMANDUS KAHL comes into play.
