Diversity and inclusion are less about a program, and more about helping people become comfortable enough to have a dialog about their experiences—including times when we have felt like an outsider. Given all that is going around in this world, it is an apt time in generating extra Inclusion and empathy towards everyone. Through these Podcasts, my goal is to get some ideas flowing and understand from my guests, who are D&I Influencers, as to what Radical Inclusion mean to them and how can we make efforts around us to make this world more Inclusive and welcoming to all!
