- getting enough sleep helps us regulate hormones, balance blood sugar, increase our energy 

- sleep affects our mood and productivity...and decision making!

Each element has it's own specific characteristics and properties - and there are organized relationships between the elements, nature and the body. In 1997, Chris had an accident that left him without use of his legs. Instead of feeling sorry for himself, he accepted his new way of life, worked his ass off, played Wheelchair Basketball in the Paralympics, and went on to become an advocate for inclusivity and accessibility. He got into Crossfit, and recognized it's need for competitive programs for adaptive athletes, and from there Wheelwod was born, a platform used to provide just that.
