The opinion of the Court was released on June 24th, 2019 and can be found here. The Court ruled in favor of Brunetti in a 6-3 vote. Justice Kagan wrote the opinion of the Court in which Justices Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh, Ginsburg and Gorsuch joined. Justice Alito wrote a concurring opinion. Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Breyer wrote opinions concurring in part and dissenting in part. Justice Sotomayor wrote an opinion concurring in part and dissenting in part in which Justice Breyer Joined
