Transitions and adapting during the pandemic.

Transitions and adapting during the pandemic.

Honestly, adapting is not easy. From learning that it's time to move to an adjacent field, to dealing with loss during a pandemic, and then facing my personal trauma to prepare for the work I'm now doing. I wanted to catch you up on the transitions and the learnings and also share some of what my clients are experiencing too.

I hope you enjoy, get something to take with you for the journey, and as always, please reach out if you'd like to connect.

After filming this podcast Anna Tsui was asked to speak at the White House about Asian hate crime that's been on the rise. I love her perspective on how those who work in healing arts from Eastern traditions are called to step forward and use their voices during these heinous crimes.

We also talk about cutting cords, building a personal practice, and other fun stuff! Take a listen...
