#5 LéLii (FKA Zoé Swain) on The Power of Sex, Body Wisdom and Life Force Energy.

Hello lovelies… this week on the podcast, I have an incredible guest with an incredible story and so much wisdom to share. You are going to LOVE her. So please welcome the wonderful LéLii (FKA Zoé Swain).

LéLii is a sexuality leader, coach, & embodiment practitioner, who will work with you to bring you more pleasure, wisdom, and aliveness into your body, your relationships, career and life.  Yet to me, she is so much more… LéLii is a powerhouse, mother, business coach and yoga teacher. She runs incredible events that include Enlightenment in the Bedroom, which offer a supportive space to have open discussions around sexuality and intimacy. Women’s retreats where you can step into your true being. And she’s a complete bad ass - she rides a cool motorbike and drives a rad car. She is unapologetically herself and I just love all of her as I know you will too!

This was such an interesting and juicy conversation where we talked about the masculine and feminine, what it means to embody both of those aspects of self and how to start to put that into practice. What it means to follow your soul’s calling, listen to your intuition and body wisdom and how to have the courage to start speaking and living your truth. We talked about the power of accessing your sexual life force energy and pleasure and how that can unlock more richness and depth into relationships, your life and your business.... And why sex is something to start bringing into society as the norm not something to be feared or shamed for.

#4 Bex Denne: My experience, success and lessons from joining The Confident Woman Program

#4 Bex Denne: My experience, success and lessons from joining The Confident Woman Program

This week on the podcast I am joined by Rebecca Denne or as you’ll come to her know her, Bex. Bex is a wonderful human and it was pleasure to have her join The Confident Woman Program last year. The Confident Woman is a Program where I bring together 6 women over 6 weeks to give them the tools and support to help navigate their corporate career with confidence. A way to help them achieve more fulfilment, more success and more enjoyment in their work. Importantly in an environment which is typically conventional, I show them how they can do this in a way that feels truly authentic to who they are.

I wanted to bring Bex on to talk about her experience going through the program, her biggest lessons, biggest ah-ha moments, what she got out of the program and where she’s heading next.

We talk about the definition of success, expectations, results and being on the journey of growth and coming home to yourself.
We talk about why everyone’s journey is unique.
Really interestingly, we talk about that what you get out of it is just what you need. And it may not be what you think.
And why the most important work we can do is on ourselves.

This is such a fun conversation, yet I will also flag that we get into some deep conversation around relationship to food, which may be triggering for some.

Huge gratitude and love to Bex for being so vulnerable in sharing her story and for just being a total legend. I loved this episode and I I’m sure you will too.

On a final note, if you’re listening to this and you’re feeling like help is what you need, please reach out to myself or find someone that can support you.  You can book your free discovery call with me here - https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=14164854&appointmentType=17798161

#3: Yvette Mayer on the journey to becoming the Lit Up and Liberated Entrepreneur

#3: Yvette Mayer on the journey to becoming the Lit Up and Liberated Entrepreneur

Hello lovelies and welcome to another episode of The Confidence Coach podcast and this week we have another special human for you.

Meet Yvette Mayer. I met Yvette a few years ago at a Doterra conference and I remember thinking what an absolute powerhouse she was. At that time, Yvette was running a 300 people agency, rising up the ranks in her Doterra business and was a force to be reckoned with.  When she left the world of corporate to venture out as an entrepreneur I just knew I had to work with her. She has been my coach, mentor and the woman who gave me the permission slip to just be me i.e. introduced me to Human Design.  Fast forward to today and Yvette is a peer, an inspiration and a trusted friend, so this is a special episode.

In just about an hour we covered ALL the things!  From flying up the ranks in corporate and responding to the itch to keep moving and keep growing, which eventually led to her move to NYC to pioneer the digital operation of her agency.  What happened when she was met with the most defining moment of her life; the news of breast cancer and how that became the catalyst for what would later bring Yvette to seeking a life more meaningful. To leaving the world of corporate and the not so smooth ride to finally finding her true calling and passion as the Lit Up and Liberated Entrepreneur!

I’m sure, like me, you’ll find Yvette’s honesty and transparency real, refreshing, down to earth and hilarious.  She is not one to hold back and that’s why we love her.    And if you’re a woman in business or thinking of starting a business and need some epic skills to become a magnetic marketer with the support of someone who’s been there and created epic success, then Yvette is the coach for you.

#2: Coming Home To Me with Kate Constantine AKA Aboriginal Artist, Konstantina

#2: Coming Home To Me with Kate Constantine AKA Aboriginal Artist, Konstantina

This week's episode is another special one for you. I'm so excited to introduce you to my wonderful friend, mentor and inspiration, Kate Constantine. Kate is a highly acclaimed, contemporary aboriginal artist, who goes by the beautiful moniker Konstantina.  She is a proud Gadigal artist who was born and bred on her own country.  Inspired by the nature that surrounds her and her young sons, she directly portrays the struggle, inspiration, challenges and daily turmoil she feels at being a mum, a storyteller, a creative, a woman and above all a connected Aboriginal woman to the land, animals and spirit of country into her modern take on a time honoured tradition of dot painting.

Whilst painting has always been a passion, up until a few years ago, Kate was living a life very different… in this conversation, you’ll hear Kate talk about leaving a very impressive corporate career, which included holding many senior positions in the media and entertainment industries, running her own multi-million-dollar film & television production company out of her native homeland Sydney and serving on many NFP boards including the The Royal Hospital for Women, i-Manifest (a youth employment charity), and B.I.G.S.  Whilst seemingly glamorous on the outside, the inside was far from that. Her health was majorly impacted, she was spending less time with her family and ultimately was called to go back to discover and own her aboriginal roots and start to reconnect with her culture as a proud Gadigal woman of the Eora Nation.

These days Kate concerns herself first and foremost with her young family, and her arts practise that has seen her awarded successfully. Represented by three Australian Galleries, a gallery in Milan Italy and an online gallery out of London, Kate is a focused advocate for changing the terms of the deal we call life for her First Nations Brothers and Sisters.

To connect with Kate, you can find her over on Instagram at @konstantina_aboriginalart or visit her website to hear more of her story and view her incredible work https://www.konstantinaaboriginalart.com/

#1: One woman's mission to change the way we think about beauty and body image forever with Bella Models founder, Chelsea Bonner

#1: One woman's mission to change the way we think about beauty and body image forever with Bella Models founder, Chelsea Bonner

Welcome to my very first episode of The Confidence Coach Podcast with me Andie Tickner - The Confidence Coach. I'm so excited you're here to share this moment and participate in my mission to empower women to have the confidence to be their absolute bloody awesome self and let go of who they think they're meant to be!  So, it's only fitting that my first guest is the ah-mazing Chelsea Bonner, founder of Bella Models.

Chelsea is a powerhouse, trailblazer and beauty of a human who has quite the impressive story and list of credentials to her name; model, talent agent, business woman, author, ambassador, icon, change-maker, body image warrior and mum to her beloved Billy to name just a few!  Most potent for this episode is hearing Chelsea talk about her single-minded mission to change the narrow perception of 'beautiful' by changing the face of the fashion, beauty and media industries.  For over 20 years now, Chelsea and Bella Models has been at the forefront of changing the way we think about beauty and body image by introducing the industry to a more holistic and healthy approach to model representation.

In this candid conversation, you'll hear Chelsea talk about her 'body image warrior' journey, how she's navigated an industry set in its ways, how it's impacted her personally and why it's important to partner with organisations like Flourish Girl to empower teenage girls as they step into womanhood.  You will hear so much gold in this episode, you may need to listen a couple of times.  For someone who has been in the fight, you will find Chelsea anything other than hard and worn. She is vulnerable, relatable, humble and of course determined and driven!

To connect with Chelsea, you can find her over on Instagram at @chelseabonner

Please read more of her inspiring story by buying her book The Body Image Warrior at https://www.booktopia.com.au/body-image-warrior-chelsea-bonner/book/9781760523817.html
