-Are Garrett Crochet and Maikel Garcia good players to buy-low or are they just turning into pumpkins?
-Is Mike Trout back among the fantasy elite?
-Are Alex Bregman and/or Chas McCormick droppable?

Episode 200!!! Early Rest-Of-Season Rankings Adjustments
The Top-500 at ROSrankings.com is expanding with early season injuries and call ups. If you look near the top-100, you'll notice some new names like Michael Busch and Colton Cowser! Hot starts from Reid Detmers and MacKenzie Gore have them flying up the rankings too, and poor outings from Hunter Brown and Brandon Pfaadt make them droppable. Jose Leclerc can hit the waiver wire too, but who is the closer you want in Texas? What should you do with top prospects like Jackson Holliday, Wyatt Langford, and Jackson Chourio? Should you be concerned with a slow start from someone like Vlad, Jr.?
As usual, there is plenty for Andrew and Bart to discuss as the 2024 season is now in full swing. Check it out!

Rest-of-Season Movers and Shakers: Hot starts, injuries, and the closer carousel
We're about a week into the 2024 season, and that means your hosts have plenty to discuss in this episode! With a fresh set of rest-of-season rankings at ROSrankings.com, Andrew and Bart have lots of movers off to hot starts and shakers dealing with injuries and demotions.
Jackson Holliday didn't make the Opening Day roster for the O's, but Jared Jones did for the Pirates and he's still less than 50% rostered in Yahoo leagues even after his 10 strikeout debut! Big injuries to Josh Jung and Royce Lewis have made the third base position thin early on, but there are some decent replacement options on your waiver wire.
Which middle infielder is the better add: Brice Turang or Oswaldo Cabrera? Is Michael Conforto a must add player? What about Ronel Blanco after tossing a no hitter? Could Garrett Crochet be a league winner or is he just an early season standout? Why is Abner Uribe not closer to 100% rostered?!

2024 Relief Pitcher Preview: The Return of Edwin Diaz!
In the finale of their position preview series, Andrew and Bart offer advice to bolster your bullpen! Tiers are especially important when discussing relief pitchers so you don't completely miss a run on closers in your draft. Are the high-end guys worth it? How long can you wait to select your first RP? What about the non-closers late in drafts?

2024 Starting Pitcher Preview, Part 3: Mining for Hidden Gems

2024 Starting Pitcher Preview, Part 2: Filling Out the Rotation
Andrew and Bart are staying on the mound to give you thoughts on 40 or so more starting pitchers in this episode!
There are interesting names in new places like Chris Sale and Michael King and potential second year standouts like Tanner Bibee and Bryan Woo. When should you draft guys returning from injury like Walker Buehler? What about someone dealing with a new injury like Kodai Senga or Kyle Bradish? Shota Imanaga and Cristopher Sanchez seem like deals at their ADPs, but Hunter Greene? Not so much.
There are lots of questions and much to discuss in this episode, and of course your hosts don't always agree on everything. Listen in to find out where they stand on plenty of SPs who can help your fantasy teams in 2024!

2024 Starting Pitcher Preview, Part 1: Absent Aces
Andrew and Bart continue their position preview series with the first of multiple episodes on starting pitcher, a position in turmoil after many of the fantasy aces of yesteryear are now either hurt, bad, or out of baseball completely.
Does the attrition at pitcher make it even more important to take an ace early, or is that falling into the trap of spending SP1 draft capital on an SP2-caliber arm? Andrew and Bart discuss which, if any, pitchers are worthy of an early round pick, and whether to prioritize upside or safety when filling in the front end of your rotation.
Their takes on some notable arms like Pablo Lopez, Aaron Nola, Grayson Rodriguez, Blake Snell, Cole Ragans and Bobby Miller might surprise you, so make sure to listen in!

2024 Outfield Preview, Part 2: Beyond the Top-30
Your hosts wrap up the outfield position in this episode and discuss plenty of guys they just can't quit like Eloy Jimenez and Jerred Kelenic.
But before those two, there are solid veterans to discuss like Cedric Mullins and his teammate Anthondy Santander. There are young guys who could take leaps like James Outman and Jarren Duran. This episode is full of veterans who can solidify your third outfielder spot, upside late round draft picks who could break out or end up on the waiver wire after three weeks, and everything in between to get you ready for this position in your fantasy drafts!

2024 Outfield Preview, Part 1: Beware the Cliff
Andrew and Bart continue their position preview series with the first of two episodes on the outfield, where there are more first round-caliber players than at any other position -- but then a steep drop-off.
Ronald Acuna is clearly in a stratosphere of his own, but how many other top outfielders are there before the talent pool falls off a cliff? Which Yankee bopper should go first, Aaron Judge or Juan Soto? Is Michael Harris' lineup spot or Luis Roberts' injury history a bigger red flag? Is Josh Lowe or Jazz Chisholm the better bet to get you power and speed? And when should you start thinking about taking buzzy prospects like Jackson Chourio and Wyatt Langford?

2024 Third Base Preview: Top Heavy Hot Corner?
The guys wrap up the infield in this episode with a preview of the third base position!
While Jose Ramirez still has 5 category juice, Andrew sees him at the top of a tier with other studs like Riley and Devers. After the top-3, your hosts have a similar tier and debate the upsides of Royce Lewis versus Elly De La Cruz. Then things get a little crazy when Jake Burger arrives in Bart's top-10, followed by Noelvi Marte in Andrew's rankings shortly after.
There's plenty of discussion to be had at a position that might be deeper than you think!

2024 Shortstop Preview: Category Juice Galore!
Andrew and Bart continue their position preview series with a deep-dive on the shortstop position, which is chock full of multi-category contributors.
Mookie Betts and Bobby Witt Jr. are going second and third overall in early ADP, but is it wise to build your team around them or are you better off filling other positional needs first?
How are we feeling about Trea Turner coming off a relatively down year and Corey Seager coming off yet another significant injury? Who's the best value among the young cadre of Gunnar Henderson, Elly De La Cruz, C.J. Abrams, Matt McLain and Oneil Cruz? And where do Steady Eddies Bo Bichette and Xander Bogaerts fit in?
Andrew and Bart discuss all that and more as they provide rankings and tiers for over 30 shortstops.

2024 Second Base Preview: No Love for Altuve?
Andrew and Bart go around the horn and stop at second base in the latest edition of their position preview series.
While first base has a Big 5, it seems that second has a Big 4. Mookie Betts clearly stands alone at the top, but where does Jose Altuve fit in the next three? Beyond those top-tier options, you can still find plenty of value further down the board. With guys like Andres Gimenez and Bryson Stott being drafted outside of the top-100 overall players, there's some depth at second base. Jackson Holliday could even play the position and gain eligibility there sooner rather than later!

2024 First Base Preview: Buying The Big 5?
In this episode, Andrew and Bart continue their position preview series with a comprehensive breakdown of the first base position.
First base has a pretty clear upper echelon this season, but is it worth paying up with an early round draft pick to make sure you get one of the top five? If you end up waiting on the position, who are the best steady veterans and young upside bats to target instead?

Andrew and Bart also discuss where Cooper Kupp ranks among WRs after his impressive return, what to expect from Jonathan Taylor after yet another big Zack Moss performance, and whether it's time to reevaluate the fantasy value of slow-starting WRs Jaylen Waddle, DeVonta Smith and CeeDee Lamb.

They now have Anthony Richardson ranked ahead of Joe Burrow, De'Von Achane over Rhamondre Stevenson, and Cooper Kupp over, well, nearly everyone! With a fresh set of rest of season rankings on the site, the guys debate the values of wide receivers on the same team (like the Jags and Niners) and which QBs to drop for C.J. Stroud. Can we trust Daniel Jones in our fantasy lineups after his shaky start to the season, and which of the Giants' skill position players might also provide some sneaky value for this week and beyond?
What can De'Von Achane possibly due for an encore -- and does he belong in your starting lineup for the Dolphins' highly-anticipated showdown with the Bills?

High Flying Dolphins and Week 4 Waiver Wire!
In Week 3 we saw Miami put up 70 points against the Broncos, the Jags get blown out by the Texans, and Mike Williams end his season with a torn ACL. Needless to say, there is a lot to discuss in this episode and it starts with movers and shakers in the latest set of rankings at ROSRankings.com.
After that, it's on to the waiver wire where De'Von Achane is the clear top pickup of the week. Week 3 Start/Sit: Kendre Miller SZN?
Andrew and Bart are back to run down all their favorite -- and least favorite -- fantasy options for Week 3.
One place they see sneaky fantasy value is the New Orleans backfield, where rookie running back Kendre Miller offers breakout potential and Taysom Hill offers the possibility of 10+ rushes out of your tight end spot. Devon Achane is another rookie RB who they think could make some noise this week.
But it's never all sunshine and rainbows. Andrew and Bart let you know why they are fading the Bengals and Jaguars passing games this week, while also discussing whether it's time to move on from disappointing tight ends Kyle Pitts and Pat Freiermuth.

Can you really trust any Arizona Cardinals in your lineup? Well, even bad teams can sometimes produce solid fantasy contributors, and that's precisely what Andrew and Bart see in James Conner. Andrew likes Hollywood Brown, too, but still thinks you should start the Giants D against Joshua Dobbs!
There's also a ton of injury situations to monitor. Andrew and Bart let you know if guys like Hunter Renfrow and Michael Gallup are viable flex plays if their teammates sit out this week.

Rankings Movers and Week 2 Waiver Wire!
Week 1 of the NFL season is in the books, and the guys have up-to-date rest of season rankings here at ROSRankings.com! Andrew and Bart discuss risers like Brandon Aiyuk, Zay Flowers, David Montgomery, and more. From Christian Kirk and Drake London to running backs like Cam Akers and D'Andre Swift, there are also plenty of players falling down the rankings even after one week.
That leads to the main part of the episode: the waiver wire! Your hosts agree that Kenneth Gainwell is likely the best available running back who is under 50% rostered in Yahoo leagues, but you should keep an eye on Joshua Kelley with a new injury to Ekeler. Puka Nacua is the hot waiver wire add at the wide receiver position, but Andrew likes Kendrick Bourne and Bart likes Rashid Shaheed as more budget-friendly options. There's a clear top-3 at the position this season, how early would Andrew and Bart actually draft the likes of Allen, Mahomes, and Hurts?

Fantasy Football: Training Camp Notes & Scott Fish Bowl Draft Recaps!
Andrew and Bart are back in a transatlantic episode to discuss all of the latest news from training camps and to recap their Scott Fish Bowl drafts.
The latest injuries to Joe Burrow and Kadarius Toney could have fantasy impacts, and running backs Dalvin Cook and Josh Jacobs still haven't signed on the dotted line.
After discussing those storylines and many more, the guys dig into their SFB13 squads. While Andrew selected Travis Kelce at the 1.02, Bart went with a QB in Justin Herbert in the middle of the first round. Both ended up with Tyreek Hill in Round 2, but there weren't many similarities after that. They get into some of their favorite picks, how they built their rosters, and some surprises in each of their drafts!

Fantasy Baseball Buys, Sells, Adds and Drops
Andrew and Bart have a fresh set of rest-of-season rankings for you at ROSrankings.com, but rather than talk Movers and Shakers, this week they dig into the numbers to come up with their favorite players to buy, sell, add and drop. From first round fantasy picks to players rostered in fewer than 20% of leagues, the list of players they touch on runs the gamut.
While Andrew and Bart both recommend selling high on Tony Gonsolin, Marcus Stroman and Bryce Elder, they don't necessarily see eye to eye on guys like Jarred Kelenic, Sonny Gray and Nick Castellanos. Tune in to decide who makes the more compelling case!

MLB Movers and Shakers: Struggling Phillies and Shuffling up the Catcher Rankings!
From Trea Turner to Kyle Schwarber, this episode often finds its way back to Phillies struggling at the plate and what to do with them. In the case of J.T. Realmuto, is he a buy-low now that Andrew has ranked the likes of Salvador Perez and Sean Murphy ahead of him? You could also consider trading for Francisco Alvarez or adding someone like Patrick Bailey at the catcher position.
As usual, your hosts dig into various positions in this episode and talk about shake-ups at the top of their rankings at ROSrankings.com. They discuss the recent call-up of Royce Lewis and the impending call-up of Elly De La Cruz. There's Merrill Kelly love, Lance Lynn shade, and much more in between in this episode.
So check it out!

Dynasty Football Buys, Sells, Adds and Drops

They comb through DLF average draft position data and Sleeper roster rates to come up with actionable advice for your dynasty rosters.
Which young Chiefs receiver does Bart feel is being undervalued in the marketplace? Which potential WR1s and bell cow RBs does Andrew think you can get at a discount? Tune in to find out!

MLB Movers and Shakers: DROP Jose Abreu?
We're a quarter of the way through the season, and some guys just continue to fall down the rest-of-season rankings over at ROSrankings.com.
But Jose Abreu isn't the only player Andrew and Bart would be OK dropping in shallow leagues. There's a strong case to let go of guys like Alek Manoah and Nick Lodolo, and your hosts discuss plenty of players you could add to replace them. If it's pitching you need, Eury Perez is still available in nearly 40% of leagues, and Louie Varland is on the waiver wire seemingly everywhere. In this episode, you'll hear about a strong group of rookie hitters who are emerging this week, as well as loads of highly available waiver adds from Alex Kirilloff to Wandy Peralta.
