Hello, beautiful soul. A lot of women who come to me feel stuck and lost. They're trying to make decisions based on all the thoughts that are going in their head and that's not helpful. We have the answer within us, but we need to know how to access it. I have three very simple techniques that you can incorporate each day to tap your feminine energetic flow to get unstuck.
Tip One:
Ask yourself, “what is the next best loving thing I can do for me right now?”
Tip Two:
Move your body to be in flow, literally, with music, yoga, body movement, and even water.
Tip Three:
I invite you to remember yourself as a little child and what you enjoyed doing to get lost in time.
If you're trying to make a decision right now, or if you're feeling stuck or if you want to know what's next, it's going to feel forced. You're going to feel stressed and overwhelmed, because you're trying to figure it out versus allowing it to flow with you and to you. The answer you're looking for is within you right now. Get out of your head and to process it from a place of feeling inspired and not feeling lack, fear, or worry.

Sometimes we can self-sabotage or "block" great things coming to us because deep down we believe we don't really deserve it.
