Luci had asked me to do an episode on self love, after she came out of her shell about toxic relationships. Today I was able to get 5 amazing people; Emmanuel, Nicole, Juliette, Najma and of course luci to share thier stories about how they learned to heal and love themselves

This week’s episode was inspired by a conversation I had earlier on in the week with an inspiring gentle man, Stephen who had so much to share about his passion and love for God. So I decided to ask others like him what makes them value their religion regardless of how many times people question it

In this episode we discussed the toxic traits and tendencies people tend to have. We can all have toxic traits, not all toxic relationships are abusive. Most importantly how to get out of toxic situations in friendships and romantic relationships

Today we decided to talk about colorism, and how it’s affected us growing up with different skin shades, and how it affects other communities. We’ll like to here about your own stories too.

My first episode is view from different people about the talking stage in a relationship. This is a stage everyone goes through in a relationship. How long should it last?
