She is the Program Manager of the Bail Project in the state of Georgia where they disrupt the flow of System-Impacted people headed towards long-term and/or generation incarceration. Charlotte is also the Founder of ReNforce.org where she advocates for returning citizens to obtain meaningful employment; and educates and coaches businesses on hiring system-impacted people.
