I really enjoyed my conversation with Jane Downes. After working part time for a number of years and then trying to find another part time job, she realised that there wasn't any suitable roles for her. She then decided to do something about it and set up her own company "Parttime.ie" to help people in similar situations get the part-time roles that they wanted.

Jane has recently launched a new business also, from her background in finance she has now set up a new recruitment consultancy in the Finance sector called "Financetalent.ie".  

She has an amazing outlook on life, it is build around her need and want to be with her family and enjoying life. She is certainly living life on her terms.
