Jill Armijo lives in Lehi, Utah with her husband, Joe, and their two pooches. Their three boys are grown and they have a granddaughter, the cutest human alive. Jill takes care of Joe, a veteran with schizophrenia, since 1997. She has been a physical therapist assistant for almost thirty years, and is also a health and life coach who helps caregivers of spouses with mental illness thrive and find happiness as they create the life they want while serving in a challenging circumstance. Jill also enjoys nature, fitness and nutrition, travel, reading and writing. She mostly enjoys spending time with her family no matter what they’re doing.

James Is an Army Combat Veteran, two-time suicide survivor, and a college student. He is also the author of the book entitled "Finding your Personal Mission" which launched 20 May 2020.
His mission Is to provide veterans, their friends, and families with the tools to overcome suicidal thoughts and Ideations.

Joe Stone is Head of Audience Development for LA-based podcast production company Jam Street Media. He is also the founding member of What They Signed Up For a non-profit telling the stories of OIF and OEF veterans, and is a US Army, service-disabled combat veteran who served in places like Iraq, Afghanistan, and Guantanamo Bay. His 15-year, enlisted military career was ultimately successful, but tumultuous. He earned more than a dozen medals - including a Bronze Star Medal as a young Sergeant (E-5) during his first tour in Iraq. He also (twice) went through a divorce while in uniform, had friends who took their own lives or succumbed to their own chemical dependencies, and struggled with his own reintegration and coming to grips post-traumatic stress. Joe currently lives in Vancouver, Washington with his wife Elizabeth and their blended family of four (plus two dogs and a cat).
William is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel. During his time in service he spent so many years helping others through the numerous violent acts. He was able to recognize the signs and ensuring they received the help they needed. Although they had an emotional impact, they did not prepare him for the loss of his son to suicide in July 2018. Lieutenant Colonel Olivia Nunn commissioned as an ROTC Military Graduate through Radford University ROTC program in 2001. Through her 19 years of service she has served in various high level positions all while serving 3 tours to Iraq. She has served as an official Army spokesperson, executive to the Chief of Army Public Affairs and as the lead Strategic Communication Planner for the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs. She currently serves as the Director of Communications for U.S. Army Soldier for Life.

Last month we lost a family member. Our cousin, friend, brother, husband and father. This past weekend we got together after 10 + years to celebrate his life. No matter what, our family shows up and we need to try and focus on that.
Erika "Hope" Bradley is a military spouse of 11 years, advocate, volunteer and nonprofit founder. Currently studying digital marketing and social work with a background in healthcare and property management. Dependastrong was created to raise awareness of the mental health challenges dependents face and combat them with community. We aim to encourage spouses to take an active role in their well being thru physical activity, creating community and encouraging advocacy regarding the issues that effect our community's quality of life. Our largest initiative is Semper Fortis military child recruitment. This program aims to help military-connected student athletes obtain exposure for collegiate scholarships.
