Shuaib talks to Caroline about her fertility journey and the work she is currently doing to raise awareness on fertility issues in teaching. Caroline provides teachers and school leaders with an excellent range of ideas and ways in which they can support their staff who are undergoing fertility treatment. As the NHS report, 1 in 7 couples are infertile, it is more common than we are led to believe. In typical #antismalltalk style, Shuaib asks the big questions to tackle the big topics.
