Special Guest:Terrell County Sheriff Thaddeus Cleveland who comes by way of the state of Texas. Sheriff Cleveland is a United States Air Force Veteran. He spent 26 years as a United States Border Patrol Agent. The last 11 of those years he served as Special Agent In Charge of the Sanderson Border Patrol Station. Sheriff Cleveland's resume is quite impressive. He was first appointed as Sheriff on May 17, 2022 and later elected into office. Sheriff Cleveland won his election bid in being voted into office as the Sheriff of Terrell County Texas Sheriff’s Office. I am thrilled to have Sheriff Cleveland on air with me.

This episode will solely focus on the federal lawsuit that was filed against the current Dictator and So-Called Sheriff Gerald Baker by Travis Groo. Baker attempted to cancel the processing and issuance of all pistol permits in the county of Wake located in North Carolina. Baker thought he could get away with this unconstitutional (Second Amendment Right). NOPE NOT HAPPENING!! This guy attempted to use the PLAN-DEMIC as a defense. The Mad Man ultimately loss that battle thankfully. A Federal Judge ordered that Baker reinstate the pistol process immediately!

This bill was Co-Sponsored by Joe Biden during his time as the Leader of the Senate Judiciary Committee. It was signed into law by Bill Clinton. Both Clinton and Biden took credit for this bill, and of course only for the good parts of the bill. This was a very controversial bill.

If you are not familiar with the differences between Manslaughter and Murder you will be when you are done listening to this episode. Yes, this was a very tragic incident but this all could have been avoided on both sides. So to my fellow officers, we have a duty to slow down, assess the situations that we are dealing with at the moment. I know our situations are fluid and most encounters happen very quickly. Take an extra second to make sure that the weapon you grabbed is in fact your taser and not your firearm or vice versa.
