(S) Tua Tagovailoa, the Miami Dolphins, and the NFL have made national news this past week after Thursday night’s prime time game, where Tua was carted off the field after receiving a hit by a Bengals defender. The immediate bodily response by Tua was not just concerning, but rather disturbing. The reaction during and after the game sent a buzz around the NFL, and not too long after, media outlets and others commented on the play, as well as the decision to allow him to play after questionable health stemming from the game prior.

After being praised for his surprise appearance at the music festival Rolling Loud in New York just ten days prior, is making headlines about his recent fashion event and the choice clothing that some of the models were wearing, clothing which he himself wore along with notable republican talking-figure Candace Owens.

(T) And NASA is revisiting Yellowstone National Park, which although known for its scenic views and housing a variety of plant and animal life, has the potential to alter the way we live on a global scale.

Cancel Culture is the new appointed term for carrying out social judgment. For those who have a basic understanding of our history , the concept of cancelling is not new. Other cultures across time and space have carried out some form of cancellation—be it exile, banishment, shunning, Scarlett letters you name it.

Why is cancel culture something that will never go away, shouldn’t go away, and how it re-corrects itself naturally?

There may be some confusion around the phrase “college athletes will get paid”. Let’s better understand what this new rule really means, future problems/promises, and the extent of their power.

Because let’s remember .. the NCAA has had the luxury of hoarding a one-sided billion dollar leverage over their athletes.. and that won’t be given up so easily.

Sha'Carri Richardson recently tested positive for Marijuana, which is considered a “banned substance”
by the Olympic board and committee and has been suspended from competing in this years Olympic Games.

A top notch competitor recognized on a global level has been turned away because legislation in other governing bodies have been slow to update their restrictions on what is regarded in most states (including the one she used marijuana in) as legal and in no way a violation on any local or federal level.

This highlights what bureaucracy’s and companies of the past have done in several communities, typically black and brown ones. Vilify the same people who created the actions used to help stir profits.

I have given this concept a “name”. Deplete, punish , then copy. Deplete a persons resources and ability to continue their work/creations, punish them for these behaviors, then copy the same methodology or principles in other ways to profit off of it. Sha’Carri isn’t the first to be subjected or be impacted by this exploitation and hypocrisy, and she won’t be the last.

The Summer Olympics are a time where the best of the best from each participating country test their strength, speed, and skill in a wide range of athletic competitions.. Hosting such an event brings great honor and excitement to a city.. not this time around. Japan’s citizens are fearful.. but their leaders are pressing forward. Could a national celebration lead to national disaster?

America’s leaders come in all shapes and sizes. Of all genders. Of all sexual preferences. Young and old.

With what seems to be the day everyone’s been waiting for since the start of 2017.. we’ve made it. Through a pandemic, another era of heightened racial tensions, and the invention of Zoom.. our country has surely been tested.

Do people not know the influx of Christmas toys and drug dealer shipments that are securely passed through the mail waves.. every single week? Something like a vote (a piece of paper).. should have little problem being getting to where it needs to go.

And the local rallies are doing their thing. I’m proud to have been apart of such a professionally run sit-in with these kids dropping truth bombs on racism, the history of police unions, promotion of anti-racist views, not just a “non-racist” outlook. The future looks good, and it’s coming from kids of all backgrounds.

The MLB has Covid Issues.. and apparently sexual deviants also. The culprit?—Reese McGuire and his self-entanglement.

Congratulations to Cori Bush for being the future this country needs. From protester to politician, she’s climbing up the ladder quickly! A woman who has done everything , that this country has proven that she should be able to do.. but has.

Israel has a failing leadership too.. Protests break out in Jerusalem about the failure in power of their Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. And the hypocrisy from its political leaders mimics that of ours and some of the citizens who fail to listen to government, when it inconveniences them.. but are pro-rule when it comes to others.

And returning to college is going to be a challenge this Fall for the kids in the states.. imagine how difficult it’ll be for international students. They’re left with the residual effects of a country hell-bent on making education a politicized ultimatum.

Politicians want your support—they’ll do anything to get it. Even if it means telling you what you wanna hear. We need to be receptive, but tread carefully in the world of team politics.

Is the outrage for George Floyd just another trend, or is it a enough to spark another wave of this serious change in this generation?

What if it happened to someone who was white is what a Black person may ask themselves when they get designated or treated like second class citizens.. and it may be what Meg the Stallion is thinking when it comes to the serious under-reporting that has taken place about her incident involving the Tory Lanez shooting. And can gyms exist in a post-Covid world? I don’t know, but I know damn sure I’ll be there.
