Artificial Intelligence or AI is a technology that is demonstrated by machines unlike the natural intelligence displayed by humans and animals. In simple words, AI refers to the ability of a computer or a machine to mimic the capabilities of the human mind. AI is beneficial to human beings as it provides great relief from doing any repetitive tasks and is impacting virtually every industry and every human being. However, at the same time, AI also has some disadvantages and the biggest disadvantage is the loss of jobs. According to a recent paper by economists at MIT and Boston University, the robots could replace as many as 2 million more workers in manufacturing alone by 2025. So, are you concerned about automation or AI quickly replacing the jobs in your industry? According to a Brookings Institution report, While many believe that humans will work with robots instead of being replaced by them, in reality, the robots will kill approximately 36 million American jobs in the next decade,
In this episode today, I'll talk about how you secure your jobs before AI kills it. I'll tell you how you can prepare for the AI-driven future and protect your livelihood in this changing reality.
"Its only by saying "NO" that you can concentrate on tasks that are really important" - Steve Jobs.
Steve Jobs was a master of saying No and he was few of those people to say NO to a lot of "GOOD" things so that he could focus on the "GREATEST" things.
The inability to say NO is one of the biggest villains or evil to become successful in life. At times, we say YES to a lot of things in order to please others and the result is that we are unable to meet our own goals. Thus, it is very important to say no if you want to be successful and lead a stressful life.
In this episode today, I'll discuss some of the reasons why it is important for you to learn to say "NO" to achieve success and greatness.

The year 2020 has been a disastrous year and I'm sure you will be desperate to see the back this year as soon as possible. This is because of the reason that a lot has happened this year. Our loves have been put on a pause and the children had to study at home while the schools being closed to avoid them getting affected by the coronavirus. Our entire life came to a standstill and the idea of looking back into what happened this year may seem unproductive.

Celebrating small wins is important that ultimately leads to the accomplishment of something bigger in life. You need to make sure you celebrate your small goals along the way. When you acknowledge your small goals, it creates a spark in your brain and releases the chemicals that give you a feeling of pride and provide a feel-good factor.
In this episode today, I'll talk about the three reasons why you should always celebrate even the tiny wins or successes in your path towards success.
Its Thanks Giving week and there's no better day than this week to portray the significance of saying thank you to everything or everyone around us. And, especially during the times, we live in today, Gratitude is the most simplest yet a powerful way to acknowledge what we have got or be appreciative of other person's value and humanity. Research also shows that people who are grateful have better heart conditions and also have more disease-fighting conditions on their body.
In this episode, today, I'm going to tell the reasons why it is more than appropriate to say Thank You to all the people including your friends, family, teachers, or colleagues who have helped you some way or the other.
Also, I would like to "Thank You" to listen to all the episodes in my podcast. Hope you're enjoying listening to this podcast.
Its children's day today and I 've got some fond memories from this day when I was kid. I remember that we used to celebrate very well while I was in school. I used to get a lot of sweets and gifts and we also went for a school picnic. That was fascinating stuff, indeed.
But, if I look now, when I've grown up, I realize suddenly, the childhood innocence have faded. However, this shouldnt be the case and no matter how old we grow, there is still a child lying inside some corner of our heart. We just need to not let it die or go away or even suppress the child inside us. It is often said that age is just a number and it is true.
Hi, My name is Anuj and I'm your friend and host of this podcast. And. in this episode today, I'm going to tell you the reasons why is it important for us to not let the childhood innocence go away.
A comfort zone is a state or a space where we spend most of our time and feel comfortable in it. It is an environment where whatever we do - our activities etc become our part of life and daily routine. A comfort zone is also a point or a place where we feel safe and in complete control so it becomes difficult to come out of this comfort zone.
Hi, My Name is Anuj and a warm welcome to all of you to this episode no. 6 of my podcast where I'll talk about why comfort zone is dangerous and why is it important to get out of the comfort zone.
Everyone has come on this earth with a purpose to fulfill. And, you're the writer of your story of life. We've always been surrounded by many people and often we get influenced by them. But, our future is defined by "US". If there is anyone who knows what is best for ourselves, its no other than us ourselves.
So, its important to "love thyself", which means to have "self-love" or "self-awareness".
In this episode of "The Anuj Kapoor Talk Show", I will talk about why we shouldnt really care about what others say or how not to let others dictate our life.
Self-Discipline is an important skill, a practice, a habit, or a way of life that separates the WINNERS from the LOSERS. In this episode of "The Anuj Kapoor Talk Show", I will be talking about how Self-Discipline will lead you to successful life and why lack of self-discipline is a blocker in your path to success.
Self-discipline allows you to stay focused on your goals and it enables you to stay in control of yourself and of your reaction to any situation. It is the most important and useful skill that everyone must possess, and it is essential in every area of life.
A burning desire - Yes, thats what you need to achieve your goals and fulfill your dreams. In this episode of the ANUJ KAPOOR Talk Show, I'll talk about the phrase called "The Burning Desire" because this is the only way you can achieve your objectives and convert your dreams into reality. A burning desire is a starting point for all the accomplishment.
Had it not been the burning desire, Sachin Tendulkar wouldn't have achieved so much that he has achieved NOW.
So, tune in to the episode #3 of this podcast to listen more about why burning desire is important.

Not only habits are important but they become stronger over time and become automatic if you choose the right ones. Habits are so powerful that they influence you in much better way you may realize.

Less is More is a common philosophy that many dont truly understand. It is a phrase, which means having less or fewer items in life is good than having to many superfluous things. It allows you to focus on the things that really matters in life. As we grow older and gain more experience, our desire for more increases exponentially. Our dreams, our desires - all become BIGGER & slowly the pursuit of even more becomes an integral part of life. But, if you really want to be happy and live a life full of happiness then you need to live a minimalist lifestyle that is centered around our ability to identify and appreciate meaningful and beautiful aspects of life.
In this episode, I'm going to share some of the reasons wny less is more beneficial to you in life.
Its mid of the week and the clock is ticking. You're working on an article while cursing yourself that you didn't start it sooner.
Where did you go wrong?
How did this happen?
Why did you lose focus at all?
You had spend hours re-reading emails and checking social media feeds, enormous coffee breaks, and also spend on other tasks that you may have avoided.
Does it sound familiar to you? If yes. then dont worry as you're not alone.
This is called Procrastination, which means putting off the tasks or delaying them until last moment leading to stress and anxiety.
In this podcast, I'll share some of the ways where you can over procrastination as a content writer and make your life much simpler. Here is a glimpse of some of the ways:
Set realistic goals
Stop being a perfectionist
Break down the tasks into smaller tasks
Remember the purpose
Just do it

As Michael Jeanne said, "Networking is not about just connecting people but it is about connecting people with people, people with ideas, and people with opportunities".
Hence, Networking is an essential tool for anyone who wants to grow in their career and especially content writers because we normally work in silos and it is very important for us to connect with others via digital media. In this episode of The AnujKapoor Show, I'll share some of the ways that you can use to build your network and grow in your career.
Content is NOT just the king but its the entire kingdom! There is a huge demand for quality content writers and especially today when most businesses are going online and using digital media. Today, marketing is NOT the same as it used to be few years back and a lot depends today on how you develop the content to sell the products and services of an organization. So, the need for quality content writes is increasing rapidly and therefore you need to be on the top of the game.
In this podcast. I'll share some of the key skills that you need to become a successful content writer.
Sometimes, I feel that life has become very dull and boring. Also, I feel that there is no excitement left as we're continuously doing same kind of job everyday. However, we also need to understand that we need to fulfill our duties. But at the same time, we need to make sure that our energy levels do not die as we should always feel energetic. So, to keep the energy high, we need to look inside and see what we're passionate about.
There're several ways where you can improve your writing skills. And the best way to do this is to read your content aloud. Many expert writers have followed his technique and this seems to be tested approach to improve your writing skills.
Today, I'm deeply saddened and shocked after the hearing the news of demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput who committed suicide as he was in state of depression. I wasn't in a mood but then I thought I should talk about this. Depression is a mental health disorder characterized by distressed mood or loss of interest in activities causing significant impairment in life. We're living in a very crucial phase of our life when we need to deal certain outside forces i.e. coronavirus but it's very important that we take care of our mental health. We never know what's happening in our mind. So, it's very important to talk about any thing that is worrying us with our loved ones. We need to to get of the Depression and that can only be possible if we talk to those whom we love the most.
