सत्यपाल चुघ जी को मैं पिछले पांच वर्षों से व्यक्तिगत तौर पे जानती हूं। इनसे हमारी मुलाकात योग की वजह से हुई थी। हमने किराए पे एक फ्लैट लिया था और उस के सामने बहुत ही प्रचलित शनि मंदिर था। वहां सुबह सुबह हर रोज कुछ लोगों को योग करते देख पूछा कि मैं भी उनके साथ कैसे सामिल हो सकती हूं। तभी वहां गुरुजी के रूप में स्वर्गवासीय सतपाल चंगोत्रा जी थे। उन्होंने बड़े ही प्यार से बताया कि वो निःशुल्क योग करते करवाते हैं और कोई भी इक्षुक उसमे कभी भी सामिल हो सकता है

मैं अक्सर वहां विद्यालय जाने से पहले जाती और योग करती। एक वृहत परिवार सा था वो जिसमे हम अक्सर साथ में ही सुबह का नाश्ता करते। कुछ समय बाद मुझे किराया का घर छोड़ना पड़ा और उसके साथ ही छूट गया इस योग परिवार का प्यार। मिलना जुलना लगा रहा। चंगोत्रा अंकल तो मुझे अपनी बेटी ही मानते थे। उनका प्यार उनके अंत समय तक बना रहा। पिछले वर्ष उस महान आत्मा का देहावसान हो गया।

इसी जगह सत्यपाल चुघ अंकल भी योग कराया करते थे जो कि चंगोत्रा साहब के परम मित्र रहे और खारघर शिफ्ट होकर इन्होंने खारघर योग संस्थान के अंतर्गत लोगों को निःशुल्क योग सिखाने का जिम्मा उठाया। तो आज हमारे साथ हैं सत्यपाल चुघ जी जो कि मुंबई लायंस क्लब के प्रेसिडेंट भी हैं।
