When You Doubt Yourself
Today's episode we tackled the issues of doubt and how it truly affects our perceptions of ourselves. When we have doubt we tend to allow dominant negative thought patterns to control our mind and focus on the negatives rather than the positives that life has to offer.  I express when we are on in the denial state we tend to look at negative things and settle for less rather than wanting more. I explain the difference between the Why's and Hows, affirmations, and ways to start and continue a self-love journey to improve yourself as a whole.
