There is a lot of inversion and numerous psychological operations around nutrition, food and detox that are meant to slow us down in our healing or cause the deterioration of our health even further. Eating something may have consequence up to 72 hours later so we know very well a little trigger can go a long way. Food and cravings affect our whole life. Every little step counts. Our health is being weakened by design and everything is done so our bodies are trapped into acidic layers that are hard to feel comfortable with. Many companies are run by darkness.

Certain beings are able to be going beyond programming, some others are not. By looking around in our extended family and in beings we have crossed path with in our past, we can see and perceive who was heavily limited in their evolution and not able to go past a certain point of evolution. Indeed, not everyone has the ability to "wake up" and is designed to do so. On social media and especially on Instagram, it gets easier and easier to spot distracting templates of the simulation.

We often have felt a need to protect and this also comes with a leap of faith to the unknown, yet to be discovered. We know it comes with a sense of relief internally, making room for the new and working on being open for the good to enter. Reciprocal relationships assist us in deepening our healing. Connecting with other reals and keeping on learning from each other is key on the journey; it comes with recognizing the real. As we keep on walking on the journey, we recognize more and more the clairabilities of others. Handlers often play on our wound of non recognition or are ruled by their own, making them easily manipulated. Our own wounding can also easily be manipulated for us to manifest negative things in the life of others ; it only takes a second for a life to be altered by the power of mind made manifest.
