You're Just One Imagination Away From Your Big Hit
Albert Einstein once said this... "Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions." If you talk to artists, and creative people, one thing they tell you is that, they see what they're about creating in their mind's eye before it ever become a reality.  The more I try to live an Arisen life, the more I realize its all about the art and science and to live life to your fullest potential, you need to be one hell of a imaginative person.  What makes people successful in their businesses, relationships, careers, and life in general is the ability for them to visualize the ultimate goal, put into practice, and realizing the goal But it all starts with the power of Visualization In this week's episode on the Arisen Podcast, I share with you how you can implement the psychology of visualization in your life so you can realize your dreams and goals even faster. How We Tripled Our Reach Without Running Paid Ads
Nike IS Doing THIS! If you're business owner constantly selling products and services to your customers and clients, you know how important the word, "reach" is to your business, right? In a world where attention span is gradually reducing by the second, businesses who are still winning are those who can captivate their audiences in a split second... A couple of months ago, I had a few of my friends send me a link to Nike's sneakers giveaway. I was confused about why my friends who I know very well can afford a pair of Nike sneakers sharing links all over the place. That was when it clicked in my brain why Nike is still winning Find out how we Tripled our reach by installing what Nike did without even paying huge amounts of money on social media or other traffic generating avenues... You Need More Strangers In Your Business
Did you know the more strangers you have in your business, the more successful you may be in your business? Let that sink in deep... When I first got started in business, all I did was to engage my friends, family, acquaintances to support me and buy my stuff because I thought that was the best way to make money in business To my surprise, they didn't give a crap of what I was selling.  It felt as if I sacked all my friends away from me for starting a business. It was tough! But I was so determined to find answers to why I was struggling. Then I had one life-altering aha-moment which changed everything for me. I least expected it to be the reason I was struggling. In this week's episode on the Arisen Podcast, I discuss what you should do when you start your business and how you should relate with friends, family and strangers so you can maximize profits and make your experience worthwile As always, don't forget to stay Arisen!!!!!

A Decade In A Day
Finally, the 10,000-hour rule can be cheated on Think Messi, Ronaldo, Muhammed Ali, Michael Jordan and other greats you've heard of What do they have in common? Malcolm Gladwell in his best-selling book, Outliers explained that, it takes 10,000-hours worth of practice in a craft to become an expert Now, if you were to practice on your craft for 2.5 hours every single day for 10 years, you would've hit the 10,000-hour rule. The big question is, "Sam, do I need 10years of practicing to earn that expertise title in what I do?" Maybe... What if I told you that you can shrink a decade worth of practice into a day's work, would it interest you? On this week's episode, I dive deep into how to do this so you can earn the expertise status you've been wanting to have for a long time.  Download now, and listen while you're on break from work or on your way home. Make More, Give More!
"She sent me $2000 three weeks after I had gave over GHS 500 away to people who needed it the most..." We all have heard the quote before, "the more you give, the more you get..." It sounds so cliche that, it has lost its power and magnitude. But what if I tell you that the secret to the world richest men and women on planet is that, they are huge givers? Think Bill Gates (Billions of dollars expended on humanitarian purposes) Warren Buffet, Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres, Jack Ma, Tony Robbins and the list goes on and on... They deploy the same strategy in their business, relationship and their day-to-day activities. They know it works! A completely random woman I didn't know personally gave me $2000 worth of contract to work with her 3 weeks after I and my partner (at the time) decided to give our hearts out to those who needed it the most couple months ago. We organized a boot-camp which cost us quite a bit of money and the rewards were simply amazing. I thought I had the return on investment from the fulfillment of impacting in those lives. But NO!  In this week's episode, I share the concept of "Make More, Give More" on the Arisen Podcast in the hopes of revealing what these money-siphoning gurus you know today are doing ethically to attract money to their wallet and purses and how to do same starting from today As always, don't forget to stay Arisen!!!

Don’t Be A Control Freak
Many at times as startups and entrepreneurs, the reason we start the ventures we endeavor in is because we think we have the answers or solutions to problem. That’s why we take the risk! So we take up the task and push through to a point only to realize, we’re stuck. Stuck in trying to take things to the next level. I learned this the hard way and on this week’s episode on the Arisen Podcast, I share how to unstuck yourself as an entrepreneur so you can impact and change more lives! If I Were To Be An Indomie Seller
Can you imagine my table on the streets of Michel Camp, Tema with my cooking groove on frying indomie and eggs for customers? That would be very funny, huh? If you know me so well, you'll know I'm a geek at turning ideas into a profitable business. I analyze businesses for a hobby and I obsess about startups and how people should rather run their businesses. (I know, I'm a geek. Proudly!) An indomie seller just opened right behind my house and I just couldn't help my naughty, nosy brain to think through what she should do in her business to skyrocket her success.  So all I did was to put myself in the shoes (this case, long colored socks and slippers) of this indomie seller and imagine what I'd do if I were her. And then this happened! I realized what I'd do in her business would be the exact same formula if I were to build a software business or in information-based business or any form of business. In this episode, find out what I'd do instead and how you can deploy this formula in your business.  As always, don't forget to stay Arisen!!!

When Things Don't Go As Planned
We all have plans and the reason we set them is so that we can accomplish them.  But, if plans don't as you'd wanted them, what do you do? Do you sit and cry your lungs over? Or do you have a positive mindset to rebound again.? Regardless of whatever you do, your attitude towards your failure is a lesson on its own. We can't avoid failed plans. That's a fact. But we can work on our attitude and mindset towards it so we can get the most out of our failures.  Bill Gates once said, "Success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking they can't lose."  Bill Gates being one of the richest men on the surface of the earth definitely knows a thing or two in what failed plans are and what successful plans look like. What can we learn from our failed plans because they're inevitable? In this week's episode, we dive deep into what we need to do when our plans fail... and as always, don't forget to stay Arisen!!!

The Pre-Idea Checklist
If you're looking to start a business, never ever do it without this checklist? Bold statement to make, huh?  After consulting with several startups, successful businesses and entrepreneurs, I've realized between an idea that sees the daylight in the marketplace versus the one that doesn't do so well is the research phase! You've been told to do lots of critical research work before launching your idea, right? But the big question is this... What should you research on? You've done your competitive analysis, market-product match, survey, and all that they tell you to do. But is it really enough? Do you think those ideas that fail don't do that? You see, the proven and fail-proof way of conducting research is nothing you can find in most books or events. I've gathered a few metrics most of my successful mentors use and I shared everything inside this week's episode on the Arisen Podcast. The Stress-Relieving Hacks That Can Save Your Sanity
Is Stress  Good Or Bad? Regardless of what we do, stress is always going to be part of our lives.  The stress to impress someone... The stress to accomplish tasks... The stress of not hitting your deadlines... I was obsessed with taking my stress away because I felt it was eating me up and couldn't live to my full potential.  Then, I watched a video where Tony Robbins, the motivational speaker talked on an interview on how he still goes through several forms of stress even after his years of experience as a life coach. However, there's something he does about it that makes him exceptional till this day.  On this week's episode on the Arisen podcast, I go in-depth on the hacks the gurus use to counter stress in their lives. What does it take to be a millionaire? This question is a popular one in the space of people who are looking to make money. Are You A Producer Or A Consumer
The baby boomers are wrong! How many times have you cringed upon hearing how young people are messing things up and blamed for every bad thing happening in the world right now from social vices to unemployment to relationship issues? I read an article recently on why millennials - (i.e. people born within 1980-1996) suck at everything - the reason, they say, is because we're focused on social media and that has affected how we communicate, and how we live our lives... As much as I agree to an extent to this, I believe we all have a responsibility as humans regardless of our ages to see how best to solve this issue of social media craze. Because, whether we like it or not, it's going to be part of our lives for good. When automobiles weren't a thing, cars were strange for that new generation at the time and all sorts of bad omen were prophesied against the invention but here we are now... UBER? Can't wait for public jets or excursion to Mars The question remains, how can we effectively reduce the adverse effect of social media and turn them into positives so we can make the world a better place? One of my mentors taught me a principle he calls, "producer vs consumer."  In this week's episode, I talk about how to use this principle and concept to give you the ability to live an Arisen life.  Full episode here: arisenglobal.com/podcast

What Really Happened During The Emerge Secrets Workshop
One guru in the space of entrepreneurship I respect a lot is John Lee Dumas with Entrepreneurs On Fire.  Note: I have a interview schedule with him which will be going live in a few weeks. This guy knows what he's doing and one thing I admire a lot from him is his level of transparency. On his site, he posts how much his company makes every month for all his followers to visualize on what's possible for them and their ventures as well.  One thing I'm also learning to do is to hack that level of transparency and do it sparingly inside whatever we're doing. That's why I'm sharing this week's episode. I go in and talk behind-the-scenes of what happened before, during and after Emerge Secrets Workshop I talked about what; - I'll change if I were to do the workshop again - The hard lessons we learned - I won't never change should we do it again The reason I'm sharing these behind-the-curtain outlook of how we did it is to empower you so you have a blueprint on how to pull of an event in case you also want to - (which I recommend everyone who follows Arisen Nation should!) Do This If You're Not Achieving Enough
Is this you? "One minute you have brilliant business idea you're planning to execute... 2 minutes later, you're watching nonsense on people's statuses..." Microsoft did a study not too long ago and it revealed what the attention span of humans have drastically reduced to about 8 seconds... yes!  Lesser than that of a goldfish - shocking, right? Others have also proven beyond reasonable doubts that humans have always been naturally this way.  Either way, there's a problem that needs fixing. Because, if you're looking to stay Arisen by living life on your terms, or trying to achieve something in your life, you've also fallen into the trap of scattered attention.  I suffered from this drastically and I couldn't help myself but ask, "how are these high-performers and high-achievers staying so focused in their game and doing enough than the ordinary?" Then I had my aha-moment when I was having a conversation with one of my mentors who has made lots of money offline and online in his business and clearly has mastered this game... Just couple days ago, a buddy of mine reached out and was asking how I deal with the issue of lack of focus so he can get lots done in a day. All I did was to go back in time to revisit the advice my mentor gave me when I was struggling on this topic. On this week's episode, you're going to cheat your way into learning these hacks that are frankly obvious and can get you to be laser-focused on your thing so you can also be a high-achiever.  Full episode here And as always, don't forget to stay Arisen!!!

The Thank You Strategy That Works
Growing up, my parents always made sure simple etiquette like saying "sorry" when you offend someone or saying "thank you" when you're grateful was a part of me. They go to the extent of rewarding and punishing us (my brother and I) when we use those words in the right context at the right time. But, little did I know they were impacting something huge into our lives. Couple months ago, I had the opportunity to see behind the scenes of a multi-million advertising agency that run campaigns for large corporations and entities and I saw them use these magical two-worded phrase to bring tons of business to their clients. Up until then, I didn't know how powerful those words could be! Some weeks ago, I realized how even more powerful these two word phrase as I was on the receiving end of this strategy and I thought to myself...  "What if I consciously use this strategy in my business as well..." Join me this week as I share what these two-worded phrase that's turning businesses around and how to effectively implement it in your business and your life. Dig Your Well Before You're Thirsty
If you have a product or service and you sat down to think about where your customers are, you doomed! There are few times where I wondered why people weren't patronizing my ideas and I was frustrated and almost gave up. Then something happened! One of my mentors on a coaching call revealed this concept inside the 1st 5 minutes in the conversation...  then everything changed This concept he shared with me has not only exponentially and geometrically impacted my business into the greens but has also given me a lot of upper hand in life as a whole.  I've been able to reach out, network, with high-status people because of this concept...  I've been able to make more money because of this concept...  I've been able to touch other people's lives because of this concept... Tales Of Entrepreneurship with Ekow Mensah
You Have Been Lied To About Entrepreneurship...!! If you've ever had the thought of starting your own business or being an entrepreneur, there are huge chances you have been deceived about what goes into it.  Most people look to go into the world of entrepreneurship with the mindset of living life on their terms, or not reporting to a boss, or having their own schedule or making lots of money. While those could be amazing in their right, people almost never talk about the ugly sides nobody wants to hear - simple because it isn't inspirational and often times discouraging. But what if you know all these not-shared-enough missteps way ahead of time so you can fortress yourself against them? Would it be worth the try? In this week's episode, I'm jamming with Ekow Mensah who's a Ghanaian entrepreneur with over a decade worth of experience in this game and he's going share the tales of entrepreneurship - the good, the bad, and the ugly You're also going to find out why he likes women and why you should care if you're a woman As always, don't forget to stay Arisen!

The Dream-Killing Habit You Should Be Aware Of
I have been obsessed with studying what high performers do differently from the masses... From Muhammad Ali to Barack Obama, from Jay Z to Aliko Dangote - and I've found the reason they're super successful in their own right and how lots of us seek insight and knowledge from them, is because they mastered how to stay very far away from THIS one dream-killing habit. In my opinion, I do think every human being has that habit. But the question we should be asking is, "How did these high-achievers kill this habit before it killed them?" ...but, you can only kill something if you know what it is, right? In our highly religious setting in Ghana today, most people almost always associate anything that kills people's dreams to a spiritual origin. As much as sometimes could be a reason for someone retrogression in life, there's a huge habit every human has regardless of your beliefs. That's why you see religious and non-religious people become super successful regardless of their faith or belief. What's common is this habit they made sure was dead before it killed their dreams. Find out what this is on this week's episode on the Arisen podcast: arisenglobal.com/podcast As always, don't forget to stay Arisen!!!

TAP 54: How I Handle Rejection With Samuel Ofoe Dotse
If you've been trying to live an Arisen life, you should probably have encountered several rejections along the path, right? Couple months ago, I had plans on organizing an event and having Albert Ocran (Co-founder of Springboard) as a keynote speaker. If you know him, you know how busy he is and how difficult it is to reach him. Fortunately, we had someone who was willing to make us a referral to him. I had to meet this person over at a restaurant in Accra and I was trying to convince him on why he needed to do that introduction for us - it was going all nice and smoothly until he mentioned about my certification as an individual. I thought that was necessary so I brought all important document to verify how I legit I was and what he said next just broke my heart... "Albert is a serious man and I've seen your documents but you don't have someone of relevance and competence on your board of directors team..." I was shocked that was his final conclusion after 10 mins of talking. I did have a lawyer, an accountant, and a banker on the Arisen team but he probably wasn't satisfied with those! I wasn't angry but disappointed at what was going on. Did this person reject me on the opportunity of reaching Albert Ocran? How did I deal with this rejection? And is there any difference between rejection and objection? You're going to find out on this week's episode as I share what to do in times of rejection and objection in your business, life, or career. Enjoy, and as always, don't forget to stay Arisen!!!

TAP 53: Economy Or First Class
If you listen to most motivational speakers, what they usually say is, "Success leaves clues", right? So if you want to achieve success, find someone who's been there before and see what they've done and model them. If there's one industry that has been very successful, it's the airline industry. They've been super successful in raking in monstrous revenue numbers because of one thing; second tier offers! The first time I ever took a flight, all I kept thinking about was, how much luxury the first class/business class people were experiencing. I couldn't even enjoy my time because not only was I uncomfortable of the swings and the nauseous feeling I was experiencing, but also, the fact that, I felt cheated... But the lesson here is very simple. If you don't have a second tier offer for your products and services or in your company, then you're in trouble Your competition are going to dominate and leave you begging for the remainders.  Find out on this episode on the www.arisenglobal.com/podcast on what you should do now to immensely skyrocket your profit numbers through the roof without creating new products.  And as always, don't forget to stay Arisen!!!!!

You might be wondering... Bhim nation? Shatta Movement? What has that got to do with me on staying Arisen or exploding my business growth? Short answer: It has everything to do with it! I opened my online shop in 2017 and I borrowed money from friends and family to stay afloat but it didn't work. My partner left that venture because it wasn't profitable and it make no sense economically to continue. But, I didn't! I was hung on the fact that, I see people selling the exact same thing I was selling but I was making GHS0.00 while my competitors were making a truck-load of cash.  I must admit, that tapped my ego a little bit and I started wondering if I was born to fail every time... Then, I realized a huge part of the reason of my failure and it changed everything for me. It has everything to do with what these really successful musicians have done over the past years to grow and be better! If you want to learn step 0 of turning an idea into cash in any economy even if you don't have money or the network... and it works even if don't know what you're doing... Then, head over to www.emergesecrets.com to sign up for this one-time only masterclass coming off on the 1st of July, 2019. TAP 51: Your Moral Obligation With Samuel Ofoe Dotse
I want to ask you this question... "Why are you NOT talking about what you do?" Some people will find this question unimportant... Others will find it challenging... And some will feel uncomfortable about so they'll avoid it... Now, your reaction to this question typically would tell you where you currently are in your relevance cycle as a human being - Do you have something that people will benefit from? If you feel uncomfortable thinking about it, it's a good thing because one of my clients went through the exact same thing. She had a powerful, literally, life-altering intervention with what she does but she wasn't talking about it. Nobody knew what she could do and that pisses me off on my levels. With my help, she overcame her fears and turned her worries into a moral obligation she owed to the society, mankind, and God.  I believe in you as well and I know you have a message, story, product, service, idea that NEEDS to be out there. So this week's episode goes into how to fix that mindset problem to your advantage so people can benefit from what you do and who you are. Plug in here As always, don't forget to stay Arisen!!!!

TAP 50: Getting Eyeballs On Your Thing With Samuel Ofoe Dotse
What's the best way to attract a flood of patronizers of your product/service/idea? It took me forever to find an effective answer to this question. Funny enough, the patterns have already been established and you just have to tap into it. It's that simple! We see these used all the time that we don't really appreciate the value it can bring to you and your business or idea.  Think all the big brands in Ghana and beyond. Nike Apple Nestle And, wait for it... Menzgold! How do these brands continue to stay relevant even to this idea and how can you tap into this pattern and utilize it to your advantage ethically and morally? On this episode, I share exactly how to do that and a case study on the results it can bring to your doorstep. As alway, don't forget to stay Arisen!!!

TAP 49: Entrepreneur & CEO, Any Difference With Samuel Ofoe Dotse
I've had people argue over this topic and for a long time, I've been a spectator around this argument but today, we end this! Most people get caught up in assigning titles and roles to themselves and most often than not, it sets them to outright failure. This might sound shocking to you and you may be asking... "How does missing the roles of an entrepreneur or CEO set me to failure?" Have you ever heard this before, "A CEO reads one book a week...?" Now, most people who are supposed to be entrepreneurs and acting as CEOs and getting caught up in a learning loop where they keep on reading new materials because they've been told to read one book a day.  As an entrepreneur, aka - the creative genius of a product or service, getting stuck in a learning loop doesn't only paralyze you but counters your speed to getting your thing out.  There's a time when an entrepreneur is supposed to switch roles into a CEO and knowing this could set you up to massive success.  I go very deep and share what the roles are and when to make those transitions in your business. TAP 44: Being A Contractor Vs Being A Business Owner With Samuel Ofoe Dotse
Why are we having a discussion between a contractor and business owner? How does being a contractor and a business owner relate aside from the fact that a contractor is a business owner as well? I'm the only African in a high mastermind group where you only find millionaires (I'm the only non-millionaire among the group) and I remember one of my mentors go over his process of managing over 12 businesses in 2015. Crazy right? It's even crazier how he goes about it without burning out or running out of resources... TAP 42: Is Your Business A BUSINESS Or An Expensive Hobby With Samuel Ofoe Dotse
Let me ask you this question... Is Your Business A BUSINESS Or An Expensive Hobby? I recently attended a mastermind coaching program and that was the theme of the entire event. Most people start a business from an idea they're passionate about enough to call it a hobby. Yet, they get caught up in the game still playing like it's a hobby.  It all boils down to evaluating what you're currently expending your resources (time and money) on. How many hours do you spend on actually working in your business? How often do you do your ROI (return on investment) check to see if you're deploying your resources appropriately? Find out in this episode on what I look out for in a hobby versus in a business... And as always, don't forget to stay ARISEN!

TAP 40: Change Your State And Change Your Life
Have you ever head this phrase before? "Change Your State And Change Your Life..." For a long time, I didn't know what it means to change your state. I really didn't understand it until one of the Godfathers of motivation, Tony Robbins explained it to me and everything made sense. Have you ever watched a scary movie and your favorite character is in deep trouble and about to get stabbed and killed? How do you feel? Do you feel threatened as well even though you know they're acting? Heck yeah! What the movie directors and film makers did to you was to change your state and influence you in a way to transfer the same emotions running through your character to you as well.  They do it visually and very smoothly so we don't really see what's going on... BUT, we can learn a ton from these film makers on changing our states.  Sometimes, life can be really challenging and we get hit by tons of adversities and mishappenings and what do we tend to do? We succumb to it and everything around us automatically becomes sore, awful and we tend to live in a new reality where everything feels, looks, tastes bad. Such things will happen to us all the time in our businesses, life, and career so we have to find a way to deal with it so it doesn't override us. This episode is going to help you with exactly what to do to combat and quickly change your state so you can control everything that happens in your life. TAP 38: My Little Rant And Why You're Enough!!
Have you told this before? "You're not qualified..." Or "you're not good enough..." Or "you're dumb..." Those words are strong words people say to other people quite often.  I just had an encounter with someone who only didn't piss me off but inspired this episode and also give me the opportunity to  give a strong warning and caution to the arisen tribe. See, the concept of arisen is to motivate, inspire people to do whatever they set their minds on regardless of their status and pedigree. Unfortunately, the society sees us like people who have gone mad and not appreciative of what we have but looking for better and greater impact.  Sad to say, right? But that's the honest truth! How many times have you been told you can't be millionaire, or you can't be an influencer, or anything you set your mind on? People don't understand us so we're described as misfits and disregarded people but this week's episode is on encouraging yourself with positive vibes and chasing away negative thoughts and affirmations.  You're more than enough. TAP 01: The Power Of Knowing Yourself w/Victoria Quaynor
It’s been said that you can never really know someone completely. But perhaps the person that is the most difficult to get to know is the one that’s closest to us: Ourselves. Although our experiences and chemistry have collectively shaped each one of us into the people we are, this does not mean that we necessarily know who we really are and how we relate to the world around us. Most of us react to the days events in an autopilot mode rather than evaluating them based on what we’re truly passionate about and what we want out of life. This impacts everything–from our relationships, opportunities, and potential. Being true to ourselves is exceeding difficult in a world of expectations, but it’s the only way to reach contentment. Vic takes us on a journey we rarely embark on ourselves. But trust me, it’s a journey worth taking especially with Vic, who has traveled back to back on this trip.
