In this episode fasting is the topic of discussion, what happens when you fast. From personal experiences I became more alert, more energized & more aware of my organs harmonies connection or vibration with one another. Smoothies, juicing & natural supplements minerals & vitamins are now habits I will not be without in my everyday existence in the physical. By doing so this has increased my ability to become one with the universe & having a direct connection with the source of all life, because I am now self aware.

In this episode I discuss how to master the mind & the steps that I took that created my own worlds on all social platforms. Your diet is important, water intake, herbal supplements is a must to take in. Releasing old habits freeing yourself from what hurts you most. Releasing fear will show you how life is infinite & never ending. Unlearning & relearning is the key when seeking for the truth.

In this episode I speak about going up this ladder of consciousness & the experiences that come with transitioning into the mind state of wholeness. I do want to warn you that this type of information could damage you to a point of no return. In this episode I went to my past life to express & apologize to anyone I've came across that, I may have caused any pain in any way. This is to the fathers who never fathered their children, to the mothers who left their kids abandoned & to the grandparents who raised their grandkids & great grandkids as they dealt with pain & hurt themselves. This is to the so call friends that never had your best interest & to the individuals that bring up & acknowledge what you have done in your past but never speak about the demons in their own closet.

Suicidal thoughts has plagued so many minds & has defeated spirits in large numbers, we as beings have to do better with self expressing what hurts us most. Learning how to identify when individuals are in need of someone to speak with or open up to is a start. There are numerous of reasons why so many people parish from suicide, the lack of communication or rapport that is not established with love ones or those closest to them. Due to pride, embarrassment of details, traumatic stress, anxiety, panic attacks & etc.

In this episode I discuss the passing of Ma'khia Bryant due to a police officer taking her life by shooting her four times. It seems as though the young queen felt the need to defend her self with a knife. We will never know all the details surrounding her intentions because she is no longer here to tell her side of the story. May her Soul be in peace!

Death is one action that damages so many people on a daily basis. Experiencing the loss of my closes relatives, took me down a dark path of no correction. The loss of my mother took years out of me and a while for me to recover. 

With so much knowledge in the world no one should be limited to information. Power of knowledge for some individuals it can be motivational. For some others it maybe something that they feel the need to defend. From my own experiences I figured out that by correcting my own mentality. I would create new habits and passions to be free from the average mind frame. Wholeness

In this episode we will be discussing the solar plexus chakra. This is the third chakra, out of the seven energy chakras. We will tap into the location of the solar plexus chakra and the balanced & imbalanced attributes.

Getting to know about the sacral chakra. In this episode we will be discussing its location, it's attributes when balanced and imbalanced. Also the direct connection it has with our mental and physical well-being. The sacral chakra is the second out of the seven energy chakras.

Giving a little insight on the root chakra and why it should be important to identify the benefits and when it is balance and imbalanced. The root chakra is the first chakra out of the 7 energy chakras.

In this episode, I discuss the love I have for my father and how his role in my life was very vital. I honor my pops and still til this day I look up to his uniqueness. I love you dad.
