The Government Got Secrets

The Government Got Secrets

This episode really took a wild turn. We talk about historical moments in American history where citizens are kept in the dark about how disastrous the event actually is.  We also  talk about this strange experience of having non black people try to validate a black person's trauma when experiencing racism. What is that about?

Soundtrack for the Summer.....

Soundtrack for the Summer.....

On this episode we talk about life in the summer heat, how we've managed to stay cool and what we're looking forward to in the next season. Boowee talks about getting a tan. Unfortunately we had to bring up the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade which was not a fun topic for us. We lighten the mood with a conversation about the current state of R&B and the hilarious exploration of black people explaining their family tree. We end on an interesting note and discuss whether or not Emmett Till's accuser should spend time in jail for her false allegations that ultimately lead to his death.

This episode kinda wild, yo!

Finally, Bolly & Boowee weigh in on the Greater Rapper Alive list.

No Four Ingredients but Bolly tells us about his experience at a recent local beer festival.
