Being able to have a guest like Dee was such a fantastic experience; being able to have a productive and fun conversation is a blessing these days. Dee shares her journey as a vegan and how she has managed to create a different lifestyle for herself and her family. She was kind enough to share some tips and tricks that can be helpful to us. There is a lot to take away from this episode, whether you are vegan or not, nutrition is essential, and Dee did a great job delivering her knowledge on health. What I found most valuable about our conversation was the mutual respect we had for each other as we exchanged dialogue. Even though we don't necessarily share the same lifestyle, we were able to be curious and laugh at what we both got going on, with no sense of judgment from either side of the mic.

Most of us have responsibilities and children or family members who depend on us, we do our best to stay on top of our game. Sometimes though we forget to take a break and a big O burnout takes over, I personally was feeling this way about a month ago; I considered quitting mu job. The burnout was real!
In today’s episode, I share how reflecting helped recognizing the fact that I had burnt myself out and what I plan on doing moving forward to avoid hitting such a low point.
