We continue this discourse into Generational Trauma! This is a big one because so my people suffer from it unknowingly! We share some of our personal experiences with it and some tips on how we are working on breaking the holding patterns we've found ourselves in. Get ready for a deeply personal discussion on this trauma-type!

In this episode we dive into pop culture trauma in the Spirituality space. I deep dive into a post that has the wording and context that is typical to the Spirituality space and touted by many within it. We talk about the issues that are inherently problematic with the rhetoric and highlight trigger words and phrases and present real world solutions to the traumatic experiences under these circumstances.

We believe everyone can truly overcome their traumatic experiences as uniquely as they are individual. This is part two of this four-part series.
