Episode 2: Asian Glows and Asian No's
It gets ramble-y up in here. In this episode we talk about why we named the podcast "Asian Glow" and discuss various stereotypes and frustrations, including being asked "where you're from" at the (goth) club, being an AAPI graduate student in the humanities, and debating whether or not eating dumplings with ketchup is an acceptable metaphor for Asian-American identity or just sacrilegious. (P.S. Here's a link to the article, "Eating the Hyphen" so you can decide for yourself: https://tinyurl.com/ketchupdumplings)

Episode 1: Pilot
Welcome to the pilot episode of Asian Glow, a podcast that is unedited, unfiltered, and under the Asian influence. In this episode, Amy and Lucilla talk about all sorts of things, including: whether we're actually "Asian-American" or not, stereotypes about "Asian" identification, family histories, and playing the stereotypical Asian-American instrument: violin... etc. We hope you enjoy the episode! If you do, please leave us a 5-star rating and a review. Thanks!
