Bob began his financial services career after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bentley University. He served as a financial representative and sales manager with New York Life Insurance Company, and then held roles at AIG as an Agency Manager and served as a Senior Vice President for Bank of America, CNA-Viaticus, and Citi/Smith Barney before starting his own private Independent Registered Investment Advisory Practice from 2009 to 2013.
Bob has been awarded the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies™, the standards-setting body for fi360. The AIF designation signifies specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a defined standard of care. The designation is the culmination of a rigorous training program which includes an agreement to abide by the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards. On an ongoing basis, completion of continuing education and adherence to the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards are required to maintain the AIF designation.

My career in the financial and legal industry began in insurance, after which I broadened my scope to include clients experiencing a variety of financial transitions. For over a decade, I have financially transitioned individuals and families involved in personal injury, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation cases, as well as those dealing with non-personal injury, such as class action and employment cases.
I have had the pleasure of sharing my specialized expertise via speaking engagements in California and nationally. In my experience, financial transitions are so much more than a simple exchange of money. Armed with ongoing training from the Sudden Money® Institute, my practice centers around both the technical and the personal aspects of financial transitions, helping clients navigate through the most vulnerable times in their lives.
I reside in Orange County, CA with my husband Steve. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, traveling. I am an active member of our Saddleback Church Family.
Bruce Seid has been involved in Real Estate Brokerage Since 2003. Kamille expands her research on human peak performance through Tony Robbins' Mastery University, The World Class Speakers Alliance, and her travels around the world speaking and empowering entrepreneurs and leaders in various communities.
Kamille's work has been as varied and passionate as her love for people. She has worked as an actress in independent film, been on the production team for CNN news documentaries in Washington DC, consulted for nonprofits, startup founders, Film/TV creatives and small to medium businesses both nationally and internationally. In 2014, she co-founded a collaborative workspace for positive social change entrepreneurs based in Southern CA where she taught workshops on self-development and consulted on brand strategy, company culture, and leadership communication.

Jeremy is the technical standards partner for SingerLewak’s Assurance & Advisory practice and also leads the Practice Quality Center, which ensures the Firm continues to provide high quality in all service lines (audit, tax, and consulting).
Jeremy has over 20 years of experience, including four years with Deloitte and six years with RSM. Jeremy has significant experience helping entities present quality financial statements so they are positioned for success. Jeremy provides assurance services (audits, reviews, compilations, and due diligence) to clients, as well as performs engagement quality control reviews and technical consultations.

Jeremy earned his B.A. in Business Economics with an Accounting concentration from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also earned his Certificates in Leadership Essentials and Management Essentials from Harvard Business School. Jeremy holds a CPA license in California and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Jeremy is one of three CPA practitioners on the Private Company Council, which is the primary advisory body to the Financial Accounting Standards Board on changes to GAAP. Jeremy also holds leadership roles in the AICPA on its Council (which governs the CPA profession in the United States) and Accounting & Review Services Committee (which issues the rules for review and compilation engagements that all CPAs must follow). He has authored the AICPA practice aids on engagement letters and internal controls, as well as being a contributing author for Save Wisely, Spend Happily: Real Stories About Money & How to Thrive from Trusted Advisors. Jeremy is the 2013 winner of the AICPA’s Outstanding Young CPA Award. Jeremy is board member for the Weingart East Los Angeles YMCA and a committee member for the Pasadena Tournament of Roses. He is also a former board member and audit committee chairman for Episcopal Communities & Services.
Josh Schneiderman is a member of the firm’s corporate and securities group. He advises clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. In addition, Josh advises clients on matters related to franchising, including the establishment of new franchise systems and the expansion of existing franchise systems nationally and internationally. He also advises public and private companies on corporate governance matters.
Josh also advises clients in the cannabis industry. He is familiar with the unique needs of industry clients in light of the present conflict between federal and state laws and local regulations in the space, and he and others in the firm help clients navigate the challenges that arise in that context whether their needs relate to licensing and registration, general corporate matters (including financings, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions), branding, tax, banking and finance, real estate and employment.

Cynthia Flynn has also recently taken the reins of the mentor/mentee program with the Orange County chapter of the National Association of Business Women (NAWBO-OC). In 2010 she earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Western State University, College of Law.
Before attending law school, Ms. Flynn worked in the legal profession for almost a decade. She has extensive experience on the defense side of litigation, as she worked for a construction defect firm where she assisted in handling hundreds of subcontractor cases. In addition, Ms. Flynn has worked in real estate and has held an agent’s license since 2007.
While in law school, Ms. Flynn was involved in several organizations including Legal Clinic, the Business Law Association and was President of the Federalist Society. She is active in Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) seminars and presentations and is a skilled interviewer and trained listener. Ms. Flynn is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Irvine Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Ms. Flynn is also actively involved in community service and has raised thousands of dollars for Leukemia and Lymphoma by running the Long Beach Marathon. Ms. Flynn worked at the Orange County Courthouse to provide free procedural assistance to people who do not have attorneys and are representing themselves. Currently, she works with the Los Angeles Public Legal Counsel – providing legal aid to indigent members of the community.
Born in Guatemala (fluent in Spanish), graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Merchandising, Sandra Park brings 19 years of experience and outstanding service to the Real Estate Market in Marin County. She and her husband have raised two sons in Mill Valley. The oldest is a graduate of Tamalpais High School and UC Davis, now working on his graduate degree in Biology at Tufts University. The youngest also a graduated from Tamalpais High School and has completed courses at UC Santa Barbara and College of Marin. Sandra is a member of good standing with the California Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Marin Association of Realtors (MAR).
