How to focus when it is so chaotic.  To build emotional immunity, try the "Do this and not that" approach. ZESTY ASIAN NUT MIX RECIPE: 1 cup of nuts / pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds / pecans / almonds/ walnuts 3tsbp of soy sauce / organic liquid aminos / Tamari sauce 1/4 tsp of ginger 1/2 tsp of garlic 1/2 tsp or 2 tsp of chili flakes or jalapeños chopped up or cayenne Combine all spices with soy sauce whisk together and put over nuts and seeds blend it well Roast at 300 degrees preheated oven for 5-7 minutes. Do not burn this! Add sweetness by adding couple tbsp of raisins or any kind of dry fruit or cranberries Crunchy, salty, spicy and healthy + easy to make!
