"No N-Words Out Here" | Coach Bryant’s Lessons on Respect | Win-Trapreneur Wednesday
This episode gets deep. Real leadership doesn’t start with a title—it starts with the tone you set.
I’m opening up about one of the most defining lessons of my life, taught to me by the greatest coach I’ve ever played for—Coach Bryant Davis. A man who laid the foundation for my mission today when he said:
“There are no N-Words out here.”
In this powerful conversation, I unpack:
🔑 What it really means to be a Win-Trapreneur
🌊 How Coach Bryant’s W.A.T.E.R. acronym became the core of my entire brand
🗣️ Why language, discipline, and self-respect can’t be negotiable
🚨 And why I refuse to lower the standard—even when the people around me don’t get it
This one’s for the men who coach, the leaders who mentor, and the boys who are still learning how to carry themselves in a world that often mislabels them.

Top 5 Reasons Black Fatigue Isn’t Going Away
In this powerful and necessary episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on a topic too many avoid: Black Fatigue—not as a trend, but as a trap.
We’re not sugarcoating. We’re unpacking the Top 5 reasons why this mindset lingers and why it's being passed down like a generational curse:
It’s the Invention of an Excuse – From the locker room to the classroom, I’ve seen it all: missed practices, skipped assignments, and a never-ending stream of justifications.
It Caters to Laziness – Don’t confuse rest with neglect. Laziness disguised as “burnout” is killing momentum.
It Keeps You in a Comfort Zone – The term "Black Community" gets thrown around, but are we enabling mediocrity instead of demanding progress?
It Becomes Entertainment – The Caitlin Clark vs. Angel Reese drama is a distraction. Let’s stop mistaking clickbait for cultural advancement.
It Creates a Bond with Children (That They Don’t Need) – Your child is not your friend. They need guidance, not a partner in complaining.
This episode is about truth over trends and accountability over applause.

No Days Off on Memorial Day | Black Fatigue & June Goals
It’s Memorial Day 2025—but around here, there are no days off.
In this Make Ya Move Monday episode, I unpack one of the most uncomfortable, overused, and misunderstood terms floating around right now: Black Fatigue.
Here’s what we get into:
Why "Black Fatigue" is not a condition—it’s a crutch
How I graded myself (a hard C+) for May, and what I’m doing differently in June
Why excuses are easy, but ownership is power
What it really looks like to be a Black man who leads from the front
This is not about blame. This is about Black Ownership.

Thursday Recap: Your Worldview is the Win
It’s Thursday, and that means we’re bringing it all together on the Move Swift + LY Weekly Recap—this time with a deep dive into the one thing that drives your results, your reactions, and your relationships:
Your Worldview.
All week we’ve been unpacking this from every angle:
💭 Monday: What is a worldview—really? I broke down how I discovered I’m a centrist, and why that matters in business and life.
✋🏾 Tuesday: We tackled the emotional pressure of collaborating with people who don’t see life like you do.
👨👩👧👦 Wednesday: I shared personal stories from my own family that molded how I show up today—as a leader, a coach, and a creator.
Now, in this recap episode, we connect all the dots:
✅ What really defines a Win-Trapreneur
✅ Why being misunderstood is part of the leadership job description
✅ And how your personal values can (and should) create your professional edge

Win-Trapreneur Wednesday: How My Worldview Was Shaped
On this powerful Win-Trapreneur Wednesday, we dive into the why behind the work.
I open up about what it truly means to be a Win-Trapreneur—someone with a bold entrepreneurial vision and a job that aligns with that mission.
Then I walk you through the key figures who shaped my worldview:
💡 KeyRann, my cousin and founder of Jumper Status, who showed me what execution really looks like.
💬 Fushena, my sister, who once gave me the most honest relationship advice I’ve ever received.
✊🏾 Debra & Neil, my parents, who raised me to understand that as a Black man, you’ll always have to go the extra mile to prove your worth.
This episode is a tribute to the people who shaped me—and a blueprint for anyone building a foundation based on truth, discipline, and legacy.

How to Cope With Conflicting Worldviews
What do you do when the people you work with don’t see the world like you do?
In this episode, I take you inside a pivotal lesson I learned during my four years as a boxing trainer. I constantly clashed with two male co-trainers who saw everything differently—training methods, values, leadership… all of it. But after one intense workout, it was a female member—who we all called Gator—who dropped the real wisdom.
She looked at me and said:
👉🏾 “Not everyone had that coach.”
That one sentence shifted everything.
And now, years later, I’m still dealing with the same dynamic.
Today, I work with educators who aren’t former trainers, who’ve never given a keynote, and haven’t authored books like I have. They come from a different world—and that same friction still exists.
In this episode, I break down the Top 5 Ways to Cope With Conflicting Worldviews, whether you're in a gym, a classroom, a boardroom, or anywhere in between:
🧘🏾♂️ Breathe
🗣️ Speak calmly
🧠 Empathize
🚧 Create professional distance
🚶🏾♂️ Move the F*Ck on
📲 Tap in and hear how to turn conflict into clarity—because emotional endurance is what separates leaders from followers.

“How Do You Define Your Worldview?”
Welcome to another #MakeYaMove Monday!
In today’s episode, I dive into one of the most important questions you can ask as a leader, entrepreneur, or teammate: How do you define your worldview?
After a deep (and brutally honest) exchange with ChatGPT, I came face-to-face with a truth I didn’t expect—I’m a centrist. And in this episode, I unpack what that really means.
You’ll hear:
How being a centrist shows up in business and life
The real tension of working with people who don’t see the world like you
The raw, unfiltered feedback I received—and how it pushed me to grow
💥 If you're trying to lead, scale, or build a team that wins in real life—not just on paper—this one is a must-listen.

How to Recognize Thee' Exception
🎥 How to Recognize Thee' ExceptionNot everyone is meant to stand out. But some people — some players, some professionals, some partners — are just different. They’re not just good… they’re exceptional. In this livestream, we break down what it really takes to recognize someone (or something) that’s the exception — not the rule. Whether it’s in sports, business, or relationships, recognizing the rare ones is a skill. And over time, I’ve learned how to master that skill.📚 My Background:Before the livestreams, before the podcast, before all of it — I was a college scout. I worked with high school athletes across all sports who wanted to play at the next level. I wasn’t just watching highlight tapes — I was studying who could actually compete in college... and who just looked good on film. That work trained my eye. Now I use that same mindset to spot exceptional leaders, team builders, creatives, and connectors.🏈 Want proof? Check out Film Session Saturday — the channel where I break down film and moments that show why certain athletes and people just move differently.🎯 This isn’t about hype. It’s about vision, work ethic, alignment, and results. And once you learn how to recognize the exception — you’ll start becoming one too.📌 New livestreams every Monday through Friday morning📺 Replays available right here on YouTube → @AswandC44🎧 Listen on the go: Move Swiftly Podcast — the #1 podcast for Innovative Teamwork📣 Comment below: Who is someone in your life that turned out to be "the exception"?
