Equal Airtime: Your brain naturally looks for anything that could be considered a problem. It does this as a protective mechanism. When you notice yourself focusing on negative options, we want to encourage you to spend just as much time opening up to the other side of the story. It’s possible that there is no problem, that everything is going to work for us better than we could imagine, that we might actually stick that routine or win that medal. It’s possible either side could occur. They are the things you do without thinking about it.

the process of stopping a habit you want to leave behind or creating a new habit is changing the thought that is driving it.

Habits usually come from simple thoughts. This feels good. This is just what I do. I always do it this way.
