Hi I'm Dev! My motivation to travel was sparked by the first international trip with my family on a cruise in 2005. This drive to travel expanded while as a student at Morehouse College when I met more people from other parts of the US as well as across the world. Learning how other cultures lived was fascinating to me. It encouraged me to see places for myself. My goal is to travel each quarter : 3 times domestically and 1 internationally.

My name is India Renae, and I am originally from Dayton, Ohio. I come from a very low-income area, and I am a first-generation college student, and my experience with traveling didn’t begin to really pick up until college. Growing up, my family didn’t have the means to travel, but I have learned over the years, I have mastered the art of traveling on a college student income. My goal is to travel to at least one new country every year, starting in 2021.

I've frequently been traveling for the past 5/6 years, fell in love with places like Turks and Caicos, Porto Rico, I consider Cap Haitian my hometown even though I was born in Port au Prince, Culture is everything! 

My name is Lionel Stpierre, aka Fatherhyness from KingCrown. I’m of Haitian descent and have been playing music since the ages of 15,16. I work as an anesthesia Technician at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. I learned that this music has positive and negative energy surrounding it. If you don’t pay attention, you won’t know who’s real and who’s not in my journey of playing music. I learned that there’s a power that comes with it. You can teach if you are up to it. Many will love you, and many will hate you. But if you love what you do, then that’s motivation to proceed. In my musical journey, I was able to play at most of all the top upstate schools like Binghamton, Buffalo state university of buffalo Albany SUNY Oswego Syracuse, locally Medgar Evers Hunter, and a few others. I have internationally toured Japan about five times played in Jamaica twice. I played in places like Georgia yearly, Charlotte, Redding PA, Nova Scotia, and many more. I have done a lot of local clubs, weddings, showers, etc.

Born Hugues R. BOYER aka DiiJRAY, also known as Ray, started as a simple classic piano player back in Haiti. Having to learn from his father, P-au-P's unique Maestro and pianist, his siblings and he grew up around music. In high school, he was invited to a house party where he was inspired by a DJ. That night was the beginning of his story.

With the support of friends and family, he made his way up in Haiti: from house parties to the popular clubs. In 2005, he left Haiti to settle in NY. where he started his new journey and sharpened his style performing in several Clubs, lounges, and corporate events.
Ray has also had the opportunity to open for a great list of hometown and international performers; MoonChild, VYAB, Carimi, Dotman, Chris A, Young Paris, to say the least.
Ray's best spotlight moment was at the SXSW Music Festival as well as the Austin Summer Carnival.

I’m Izzy and a 1st generation Haitian. I found my love of traveling in 2013 when I took my first international trip with my then-roommate The freedom and the exploration of cultures was a passion I didn’t realize I had. My goal is to visit every continent and nearly every country.

My name is Justin Manuel. Traveling is my heart and passion. So much so that I’ve made it into a career out of it.  I currently work as a flight crew for a major US airline. I was also part of the 1st all black graduating class that was comprised of all Haitian Americans.

Savonette Sanz aka CirocObama is an accountant, tax preparer, podcaster, and radio personality. She gradually started traveling within the states during her undergrad years in college. She likes to travel to nice beach weathered islands like the Bahamas, Costa Rica, and St Marteen. Traveling alone is nerve-racking but she makes many friends along the way. My name is Merline. I was born on the small island of St. Maarten and grew up in Orlando, FL. I’m a Registered Nurse residing in Jacksonville, FL, and the founder of the page Haitians Traveling. I love to travel and have always followed other travel pages but never saw anything that exclusivity showcased my Haitian Brothers and Sisters. Dahlia Rémy is a rising Junior at the University of Pittsburgh. She is working to obtain a B.S. in Psychology before going on to earn a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.), in order to practice as a clinical/counseling psychologist. Her love of traveling came about at the age of 4 years old when she went on her first, and most memorable, family vacation to Conakry, Guinea for 1 month. It was and still is, home to her mother's side of the family. After that trip, her father always made sure to travel somewhere for at least one week every summer, and that included traveling within the states. There is a constant itch to want to wander and travel anywhere, even if it's just one hour away, that never leaves Dahlia's spirit. Steve Opara is a 2 Class Petty officer in the United States Navy Reserve and works as an Emergency Room Technician in his civilian life. He is a true travel enthusiast with unique travel history. His early travel consisted of cruises with Frat Brothers. Since then he has spent time on several different continents for humanitarian and combat training duties. He also loves to travel for leisure to experience different cultures, see new places and of course the turn-up!

Janine Quarles-Adkins Is a creative entrepreneur and media-maker from Boston, Mass now residing in Washington, D.C., she is a founding member of the lifestyle brand creative assistance hub, The Nuance Company. Her experience and background expand across several areas including education, community, organizing, and youth development, journalism, and mass media art. She caught the travel bug in college, after studying abroad in Ireland. She later traveled to Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and London. Though she enjoys international travel, you can also catch her on a road trip with friends and with her camera in hand. Antonio owns a Business management firm that caters to pro athletes & high net worth clients. Antonio is on a plane 3-4 times a month for work, making travel reasonable. "building up a network and relationships across the country and world has made me wanna see everything...I won’t stop until I see it all."
