In honor of Father's Day, we collaborated with the good folks at The Fitler Club in Philadelphia to sit down with two incredible fathers to discuss work/life balance. There were so many great takeaways from this show including creating routines, teaching young boys what real masculinity looks like and Hapa upsets some of our mom listeners.
