2019 Showcase: Bad Heroes
Hi, this is Drea Silvertooth, the GM of Bad Heroes. We are a Pathfinder first edition actual play podcast set in a homebrew world. The show follows four would-be heroes who are persuaded by the queen of Vyer, a nation tied irreversibly to Hell, to hunt down dangerous curses plaguing humanity. The episode you’re about to hear is lighter on game mechanics but features a lot of great roleplay and storytelling. Tonreir, an aloof druid, Gydeon, a haughty sorceress, Iria, a catfolk bard, and Wingthe, a street-smart ex-mercenary, have just spent the night at the cottage of the queen’s handmaiden -- and are about to seek out the royal alchemist for the knowledge they need to embark on their first mission. This is Bad Heroes: Season 1, Episode 4. Thanks for checking us out! http://badheroescast.com

2019 Showcase: Brits on Bikes
Hello! This is Jimmy Sprinkles here. I am the producer and Games Master of ‘Brits on Bikes’ An actual play collaborative storytelling podcast. Every week Eve, Kat and I step back in time to the 1970s and enter Marsh Haven – a seemingly normal British town, with a whole host of not so normal secrets. The game uses the Kid’s on Bikes system. A rules system inspired  by shows films and books. Like ‘The Goonies’ ‘ET’, Papergirls and more recently ‘Stranger Things’. Honestly if you don’t get hit by a dollop of nostalgic feels while playing this game, I would be very surprised. Eve and Kat play our protagonists. Dee, a Brooklyn teen trying to come to terms with their identity and the rules of cricket; and Sally a fiercely loyal friend who would do anything for those she cares about – but would rather have a jam sandwich and a nap. I, for my part play everyone else and facilitate the narrative as Game Master. I use the term very loosely because at its heart Brits on Bikes is about collaboration and making the story that we all want and hopefully, one that folks will want to listen to. The episode you are about to listen to is not necessarily the most thrilling or most revelatory in our ongoing campaign. What it does though is capture the essence of Dee and Sally. Their friendship and the quirks and eccentricities of the town they call home. So, lets get you up to speed. Dee, Sally (and their talking dog Nettles) have stumbled upon a plot being hatched by pseudo warlock and self-appointed self-help guru, Victor Wallace. Wallace is trying to complete a ritual called the Elementa Tenebris (or dark elements) so that he can summon a chaos demon known as the Boggoth. They have been enlisted by a secret organization known as ‘The Order’, a group that comprises of a fae ambassador and a potentially unhinged history teacher, who wish to stop him completing the four elemental parts to the ritual. In this episode our duo does a little reconnaissance to try and find out why Wallace plans on holding a public meeting in the local pub. So here it is. For your consideration. Episode 16 of Brits on Bikes – Aptly titled, I never felt magic as crazy as this. www.britsonbikes.com

2019 Showcase: The Call of Cthulhu Mystery Program
I'm Cap Blackard, show runner for The Call of Cthulhu Mystery Program. Our series is an occult radio play of unknowable horror and black comedy. It's also an unholy marriage of improvised actual play and scripted audio drama. These live performances channel the visceral panic and humor of actually living through sanity-shredding nightmares. Then my team and I go back in, script new elements, bring in an expanded voice cast, create original  score, and add cinematic sound design to summon this podcast to life. What's more, our series has a focus on elevating Lovecraftian horror beyond the authors' myopic view of the world. It's a historical drama that features prominent women, people of color, queer representation, and explores the unknowable in ways that Lovecraft's fears, prejudices, and small-mindedness couldn't fathom. This is episode 5 of our second series: "The Terrible Secret of Lot X". In it, you'll meet wealthy occultist, Estelle Thorpe. Her latest auction win has proven to be a Pandora’s Box of horror. She and her partner in the unseen arts, Anjana, have assembled an unlikely crew of curiosity-seekers to solve the paranormal mysteries she’s uncovered. There's Moses; mountain man turned renowned novelist, Cherry; a floozie who’s more than she seems, Oswald; a hobo king, and Kenneth; a notorious gambler... You can find the entire series on your favorite podcast player and at https://cthulhumystery.com Thanks for listening. https://cthulhumystery.com

2019 Showcase: The Session Tapes
Hey there, folks! Kevin La Porte here; Dungeon Master for The Session Tapes. We’re an actual-play or live-play roleplaying game podcast, using the Dungeons and Dragons 5 th Edition ruleset.  Our show is recorded live on the tabletop; with one microphone set between 4 players. This heightens the experience of being “in the moment”; nothing is scripted, no clues or hints are given to the players beforehand. What happens in the audio is the first experience the players have of the world. We try to preserve this experience by keeping the cutting to a minimum. The only editing we do is to remove long silences, disruptions to the game-flow, or content which is irrelevant to the session itself. Once each Session is edited, I go back into the episode and insert a Voiceover; a “colour commentary” from the Dungeon Master’s Point of view. Sometimes it’s jokes, sometimes its exposition, and sometimes it’s explaining the in-jokes that our group has developed over years of playing together. The Session I’m going to play for you now is called “Thugs, Fails and Puppy Dog Tales”. It is Session number 10 of our “Children of the Covenant” campaign, which began in June of this year and is currently ongoing. The core idea behind the campaign is that our characters would all be supporting players in any other fantasy epic, but they have been thrust into the limelight by circumstance. As a result, they have discovered strange abilities buried deep within themselves. Doctor Jeffry Glazer, played by Steve Nicholson, is a medic at local refugee camp… who is beginning to discover he is something more than human. And his non-human side has a host of otherworldly powers. Kerry La Porte plays Edda Faerstone, better known as “Peg”. Treated as a second-class citizen by her dwarven family due to a physical disability, Peg has set off on her own to breed mules and cultivate rare herbs; in the process of which she is discovering a strange connection to the land itself. Rounding out the party is Platan, a gnomish wizard with a chequered past. Born and raised during dark times in the Covenant’s history, Tan, as he is known, has fallen in with a bad crowd and done some things he is not particularly proud of.  The campaign takes place in our own custom world of Ythaeris, in a country called “The Witchgrave Covenant”. The Covenant is a dark fantasy setting, heavily influenced by Celtic Myth, Colonial America, and the Pioneer West. Thanks for listening, and enjoy The Session Tapes, Session 10: “Thugs, Fails and Puppy Dog Tales." https://www.dungeon-mastery.com/SessionTapes/

2019 Showcase: Relativity
Hello! This is Lee Shackleford ... I am the creator and head writer and producer and one of the actors on the science-fiction drama serial RELATIVITY, starring Alana Jordan.  RELATIVITY is a PG-rated audio drama that's basically about two people: a woman ... who is the Mission Control flight director ... and a man out in deep space who has found himself suddenly being the only person aboard a giant spaceship. And it's about their struggle to remain connected, the two of them, to help each other out through life and death situations that arise -- at mission control, believe it or not - - and on this ship hurtling through the void.  Their only link across the vast emptiness of the cosmos ... is the sound of each other's voices.  What I'd like for you to listen to now is a scene from episode 37, which aired in May 2019... ... and it's a little bit of a reversal of the situation -- usually Sophia, the mission control lady, is the one who's helping Chris with his problems on the spaceship out into deep space. This time something terrible happens in her life and Chris is there to help her across trillions of miles of space.  The only thing you need to know to understand what's going on in this scene is that Sophia has a younger sister who has a deadly disease -- and the only hope for her has been to put her in suspended animation. And their mother is despondent about the fact that the girl, Sybil, l had to be put into this freezer for who knows how long.  There's also a hurricane hitting Puerto Rico where mission control is!  So here is a little bit of episode 37 of RELATIVITY ... starring Alana Jordan and Lee Shackleford. http://relativitypodcast.com

2019 Showcase: Magus Elgar
Greetings Acolytes! I'm Kennedy Phillips, Creator of Magus Elgar. You may also recognize my voice as Magus Serling Tenthorn, Mentor to those who wish to learn all about the magic of Hearth. The various casters in the world of hearth master their arts by speaking obscenities in the ancient tongue of trite; literally insulting the entities that rule over reality called the elements. Since these elements are so insecure, their attempts at smiting us help us cast everything from lightning from our fingertips to lengthening that fourth leg on your table that always seems to come up short and make the whole thing wobble. There are sorcerers whose primal talent teeter on the precipice of madness, wizards whose scholarly pursuits focus on more grounded, but tried and true formulas, and the Magi, who bridge a balance between deep study and raw magical potential. At the forefront of magical pioneering is Magus Thaddelor Elgar. Who is so far ahead of the curve, most of his acolytes often veer off the path to enlightenment and into the ravine of comical death. In our show, Magus Elgar and his apprentice, Udo Malaaki accidentally discover an entirely new form of magic: something called Science in the dimension of Earth or whatever. Now scientific tools have bled into the world of Hearth and have taken on magical properties, and run the risk of ripping apart the fabric of reality! It's up to the Magical Interdimensional Anomaly Locators to find these Scientific Tools Augmented with Magical Power. After all, who else would find a better place for Stamps than Mail? Join Magus Elgar and his colleagues: the timid but responsible Udo Malaaki, Scientist apprentice and aspiring villainess Kaylee Fawn, The Caffeine addicted Quantum Scientist Dr. Graw Horatio, and their Gleefully suicidal abomination, Kakkay. Today I'm here to share with you one of my favorite episodes: Episode 8: Ether? I hardly knew her! In this episode, Magus Elgar and his colleagues seek a mysterious figure who is using a STAMP to drain the magical energy from competitors at the Sazaastrum magical tournament. Where Udo is tasked to luring out the culprit by competing as a surprise contestant. This was one of my favorite scenes to play out because Audio dramas are very difficult to play a magical duel and still understand what is happening. Each spell was built from scratch using foley and a little bit of sound design magic. I highly recommend headphones! If you wish to learn more about our show, magic, and the world of hearth, visit maguselgar.com where you can sample comics, artwork, and even nifty facts about Magic narrated by Magus Serling Tenthorn. We also have an animated short on youtube of Elgar and Udo being afraid of a bridge for some reason. I would to, infrastructure is an unholy ritual that defies nature, don't you know! Anyway. I hope you enjoy Magus Elgar and consider listening to us more! Enjoy the show acolytes! https://www.maguselgar.com/

2019 Showcase: Morty's Devils
Hi, this is Kyle Gould, the creator, producer, editor, director, writer and dungeon master for Morty’s Devils, a 5e Dungeon and Dragons stream game that happens every Friday night on twitch.tv/unmadegaming.  I then transformed that streamed game into a weekly podcast.  While only six episodes have come out, there will be a total of twenty episodes for season one, taking us all the way through to the end of 2019.  The podcast for Season 2 will begin immediately in 2020. Morty’s Devils takes a group of three tieflings every week, out of a stable of fifteen different players and runs them through a three hour adventure with the powerful Wizard Mordenkainen as their boss.  Every week these three tieflings have an adventure cribbed from 1970s/80s and 90s action adventure drama tv shows.  Season one used plots from beloved MacGyver episodes, Star Trek the Next Generation, Xena warrior princess and Charlie’s Angels itself.  Morty’s Devils is campy, engaging, and possibly unlike anything you’ve ever listened to.  While the adventure is written, everything the characters say and do is completely improvisational and what’s more, even the descriptions of places, antagonists and props are made up on the spot by the players themselves with twitch chat throwing out suggestions and getting their own questions to. We’d love for you to check out the stream version of the game happening RIGHT NOW, but more than that, thank you for your consideration for an Audio Verse Award.  Morty’s Devils is a true delight for me and gives me more meaning in given week than I ever thought it would. http://www.taverntales.ca/category/mortys-devils/

2019 Showcase: Dice Tower Theatre
This is Mike Atchley I’m the Narrator and Dungeon Master for Dice Tower Theatre; a unique narrated audio drama based around a basement tabletop role-playing game.  More specifically, a retelling of the events from both the table and the minds of the players themselves, narrated like as a story with many of the original players reprising their role from the table in this format. Placed within our high fantasy world, six children grow up in the dawning epicenter of a new war.  Forced to face their cruel world, their crippling fears and even those conflicts within themselves as they mature into legendary heroes. Swords, sorcery and adventure await to engage the listener along the way in our 20 minutes or less episodes.  In this final episode of our story’s prologue trilogy, the children emerge from exploring a Dwarven Mine to discover their quiet little town is under siege by an unknown army. Two brothers Benedict the pious and careful and Zane the carefree are joined by their younger cousin, Cordelia the blacksmith and seamstresses daughter.  Their friends Zorin the son of the local justice and Sophie the abandoned sister of a young and beautiful sword for hire accompany them on this journey to discover not all is what it seems… We hope you enjoy this episode of Dice Tower Theatre’s Dawn of Dragons.  Thank you for listening. http://www.dicetowertheatre.com/

2019 Showcase: Broken, Alaska
Mike: Hi, I’m Mike Fuller. Kari: And I’m Kari Aguila. Mike: And we’re actors on the improvised audio fiction podcast, “Broken, Alaska”. Broken is a tiny town. Kari: Only 71 people… Mike: It’s small, but it’s full of stories. The show revolves around the people who live in Broken, and the ways that they handle the stresses of living in such a secluded place. Kari: And just like in a real small town, there are people from all walks of life and all political ideologies, and a lot of the richness of the story we create comes from those differences. One of the greatest things about “Broken, Alaska” is that the neighbors often disagree, argue even, but they still have to really rely on each other. You can’t unfriend anyone in Broken just because they drive you nuts – you’ll still see them in the grocery store tomorrow. The characters really are like family. Mike: The good and the bad… Kari: Broken, Alaska began several years ago. We were all taking an improv class with Kay Lavergne Jaz, and one night at the end of a class Kay said, “Ok, pick the name of a town.” Somebody said, “Broken, Alaska.” Kay said, “Ok, one at a time go on stage, decide a name and a job for your character, and just run with whatever happens.” And one-by-one we all created the characters and the town of Broken. Mike: It was a really amazing scene. Kari: It was! It was one of those moments when you think, “This is good!” So, we wound up going back to Broken whenever we had a few extra minutes in class. Mike: Then about 2 years ago, a new radio station here in Seattle asked me to come up with some original programming. I’d worked in radio for a lot of years, and I thought, wouldn’t it be great if we could do Broken as a radio drama? Kari: Everybody was on board. Mike: Yeah. And all those characters we’d been playing in class, pretty much became the characters you’ll hear on the podcast now. Kari: Broken, Alaska is an improvised show, though I do write a basic story outline for each episode just to keep us on track, and to give us some landmarks to hit during each scene. For example, I’ll write: Scene 1, setting, Produce Stand; Rose and Heather worry that George has been acting weird; by the end of the scene, they agree to talk to Burt about it. And that’s really all the actors get. Every line of dialog you hear, is the cast just making it all up as they go along. Mike: Which makes it really weird sometimes. But also, really amazing. Kari: Definitely! We hope you’ll agree that “Broken, Alaska” is a unique improvised podcast with a rich set of characters, and an endearing, and, sometimes sort of odd story. Try the first episode of Season 2*. It’s called “The Munskie Library”. We think it introduces you to a lot of the characters in town, and it highlights the incredible improv skills of the actors on the show. Broken is a town full of heart, full of warmth and weirdness, and we hope you’ll fall in love with “Broken, Alaska”. Mike: Thank you for listening. *Last minute change! The episode you’ll hear is called “Doc Burgess”. It’s the 2nd episode of Season 2, but it’s still a great example of what we do in Broken. We started Season 2 on September 24, and the AVA Awards are for the period beginning October 1st, so we had to pick a different episode to submit for the Showcase. Enjoy! https://www.brokenalaskapodcast.com

So they’ve sold space in stasis pods to some folks with a lot more money than sense, crewed the ships with ex-cons who know more about shoplifting the spaceshipping, and launched their fleet to perish quietly and heavily insured in the depths of space. 2019 Showcase: Rolling Misadventures
This is Derek Graziano, Host and Producer of Rolling Misadventures. We are a tabletop show that brings podcasters on to take a break and play a game with us. Afterwards, I take those game sessions and blend our improvised acting with an audio drama spin into two episode story arcs. While we do keep to shorter stories, this does allow us to hop across genres. We are a rated R show, so please keep that in mind, as you check out any of the settings that interest you. A fine example of what we do can be heard in The Clam Magnate Mysteries. After finding a body on a cruise ship, our cast is left pointing fingers at each other as they rush to find the killer, before they too become a victim. https://www.rollingmisadventures.com

2019 Showcase: Mission: Rejected
Hello, this is J. Michael DeAngelis, the co-creator and co-producer of Mission: Rejected, which is the story of what happens when the world's greatest secret agent discovers he can choose to NOT accept his missions. While he's on a very curious cruise, the world depends on a team of backups: a nervous pencil pusher, a convicted computer hacker working off her sentence, a fading former sitcom star and a reassigned White House intern. You're about to hear Season One, Episode Seven: "Halt and Catch These Hands." We picked this episode because it is a great showcase for our actors and production team, but the show is lightly serialized, so if you haven't heard our show before (and you don't have time to go back to the beginning) then it will help you to know that at the end of the previous episode, evidence was uncovered that suggested that the team's hacker, Mackenzie McGrath, might be a mole. https://missionrejected.simplecast.com

2019 Showcase: Cyberscape Neo
Deverin: Hi, this is Deverin, writer and creator of Cyberscape Neo. This is a science-fantasy isekai series that ties together the philosophy of transhumanism and the drama of contrasting perspectives. We bring you into the world of a distant future where a particular company, whose public-facing industry is to make world-famous VR MMORPGs, was on the verge of migrating an AI into a human-like body for the first time. After a… failure, and some… internal struggles, this led to one of the founders forming a new company, which alongside creating the latest gaming masterpiece, Cyberscape Neo, also continued pursuing a questionable, yet ambitious initiative.  I’ll... let Roland and Myra take it from here. [Scene Details: Roland’s mood and tone is similar to that of EP1, Scene 1, as if monologuing, albeit having the knowledge to help recap EP1-6 to preface EP7. Myra is accompanying in this scene to add clarification as a looming voice in the background, unheard by Roland, and timed as . The “room” is a standard stage, as if Roland is presenting what will soon show up on a theater projector screen.] Roland: (friendly but forlorn) Hello and welcome to the Cyberscape… my new... (looks down for a moment, exposing the inaccuracy of the term with his solemn tone)  “home”… (looking back up and continuing) My name... is Roland. Many others, as well as myself, are what are called “Synthetic Users.” Myra: (10%. Grimacing and voicing through her gritted teeth.) My father’s... “Syns”. (pronounced “Sins”, spoken with heavy disdain) Roland: (explaining the nature of Syns in a reminiscing tone) Whether we suffered from a terminal illness or barely survived a near-fatal accident, we have all been offered the… (turns his eyes away again, but shakes it off faster) opportunity... to live out a seemingly eternal life, so long as it’s within the Cyberscape. Myra: (10%. Purely sardonic. Curving into a cruel smile on “oh wait…”) An opportunity of a lifeti-- oh wait… Heh. Roland: (catching the audience up on recent events, sighing) Because of our status as Synthetic Users, the players in these games don’t understand who or what we are, usually assuming that we’re just non-player characters acting oddly. We tend to like it better this way, since we’re under NDA and can’t explain our circumstances, anyways. (narrowing his eyes and speaking in a serious tone) Problem is… it seems to be someone’s objective to set the players against us - to kill us. You’d think that wouldn’t be a problem -- that we’d just respawn. Sadly, as of the latest patch, that’s... no longer the case… [Stage curtain draws open and Roland steps aside with it, followed by Myra’s glitch effect.] Myra: (Rehearsed and Cheery) See for yourself! https://www.titaniumtemplar.com/

2019 Showcase: Harper Rose & the Women on the Wall
This is Elle Elsea, writer, narrator and producer of Harper Rose and the Women on the Wall. For this story I tried to picture what a world after global warming would look like, and the research I did is woven into the Gospels of Gara, which are meant to stop global warming from happening a second time. I don’t believe humans would go entirely extinct, and so in this story, which is set a thousand years in the future, humans are still around. But they are living in a society that, while it’s very similar to ours, still has marked differences, including laws that everyone has to follow that come from the gospel. Our protagonist is a young woman who worked as a deputy in a small outpost and was chosen to take over as Sheriff when the old sheriff died. This is episode one, when she finds out that she was assigned to the most famous sheriff in the entire united cities of America. Thank you for listening. https://www.buzzsprout.com/295499

2019 Showcase: Inspector Virlo Morton Lee
SFX - MUSIC BED  GREGORY BRATTON (ANNOUNCER): Hello, good people of audio fiction land! This is Gregory Bratton, Writer/Producer/and voice of Inspector Virlo Morton Lee, a family-friendly(ish) comedy whodunit. Today, I am going to play you a single scene from Episode 6 entitled We’ll Have a Barrel of Fun. Like most of the other nominees, this is a serialized show, so some spoilers lurk ahead. (shudders)  In this clip, the Inspector has been led by Deputy Dundie out to a riverside shack in an attempt to discover a drug dealing murderer. And like any good mystery, there’s a thunderstorm.  SFX - THUNDER  GREGORY BRATTON: Of course. Our show has been fortunate enough to have been nominated for 7 Audio Verse Awards including New Audio Play Production, Performance of a Leading Role in a New Audio Play Production, Writing of a New Audio Play Production, Action and Environment Sound Design in a New Production, as well as nominations in the Music and Directing Categories.  Regarding the directing, all of our lines were recorded locally by all first-time voice actors. A couple had some stage experience, but this was the first time in front of a microphone. And the way the process went was: I would say the line the way I heard the voices in my head say it, they would repeat the line into the microphone in their own voice, and by some miracle when I got to the editing phase, everything sorta just came together. I was as surprised as anyone.  As far as the music, please check out the song that birthed this entire project. The song came first and the idea of an audio drama came much later. I think you’ll really get a kick out of it.  So, one last thing before I drop you off in the woods. In episode 1 we set up the fact that we were hearing everyone via just-a-little-bit-better than our reality mini lapel mics that our young journalist was clipping to everyone who would stand still long enough.  That concept heavily factors into the sound design choices in this scene. So, without further ado, Episode 6, Scene 5… Oh, and the Inspector is terrified of waterfalls. Hey! Don’t judge. We all have our things! So, thank you for your consideration, and I hope you’ll subscribe to our show. And remember, transcripts for all of our shows are available at our website. I really hope you enjoy! https://ivml.podbean.com/

2019 Showcase: The HappyGoLukky Podcast
Hey everyone, Daniel here, your narrator and GM for the HappyGoLukky Podcast which I and my two daughters and two sons produce in an actual play format on a weekly basis.  If you are new to the actual play genre … it means that we are actually playing a role playing game together, so that our story is all improvisation … while I have a general sense for where I want the story to go as the Game Master .. the actual stories themselves are generated on the fly with a little bit of dice rolling and some light rules to keep things interesting.  We also have some unique features in our show. For instance, we have an entire sub story that is all audio drama that flows along with each main episode.  Each of our players, Katherine, Hannah, Joshua and Mason all play various parts on the show and, yes I am their dad… unlike other role playing games they know only what they discover during the game play itself, which means they are often learning things as you are learning them and so have authentic reactions to surprising turns in the story. You’ll experience one of those in this episode with Katherine’s character Angela.  Each of them plays a young adult between the ages of 14 and 18, and our show is targeted toward the young adult audience or essentially ... 10 years old and up … producing free fun and family friendly content is really important to us … largely because I wanted to introduce my own kids to role playing games but the majority of what we found was … not so family friendly.  The first season is based on the real world events that take place in and around Centralia, Pennsylvania beginning in the 1980’s but covering events in the 1960s, 1860s and into the future.  The episode you are about to listen to, which is Episode 18 ..takes place outside of Centralia as Katherin’s Character Angela is trying to discover the truth about her legacy by finding out what happened to her grandmother… and it is a little more than midway through our first season, so it may be a bit confusing at first.  In broad strokes, we have created a fictionalized story based real world events … it’s a bit of historical fiction with a dose of science fiction and a dash of mystery as each character has to discover who they are and what their role is in connection to everything that is happening around them.  In any event, we hope you enjoy our inaugural season … this is The HappyGoLukky Podcast .. lukky is spelled lukky … this is Episode Number 18 Titled, “When it really matters.” https://happygolukky.com

Imperial is a full self-contained story that takes place within the White Vault universe, which means that if you enjoy it, we’ve created more audio adventures just like it. We’re about to take you on a journey into China, The Qing Dynasty in 1700’s China to be specific. During this time in history, the Kangxi Emperor commissioned Jesuit explorers to map the whole of China. Our story follows one of these such team comprised of Father Martim Vaz, Brother Benedetto Herbardian, and their servant Anthony, as they meet Jingwei Cheng – the son of a local magistrate. You are about to hear our second episode, which is rated PG for horror elements, as the team has finally reached Tsitsihar. You are going to hear portions of the episode in Portuguese, Italian, Mandarin, and even Manchu –the language of the dynasty that is now nearly extinct. The White Vault: Imperial is a premium show, meaning that it is only available on our Patreon or our Himalaya premium community, outside of this preview. So get ready for a journey through history in The White Vault – Imperial. https://www.himalaya.com/drama-podcasts/the-white-vault-192639/imperial-full-season-64147899

2019 Showcase: Ghostpuncher CORPS
Hello citizens of the Audioverse, my name is Lilith, I am the producer slash dungeon mistress of the chaotic and heavy metal tabletop roleplaying podcast Ghostpuncher Corps. GPC follows the misadventures of three heroes tasked by Lucifer herself to hunt down and recover wayward undead souls causing problems in the land of the living. This is episode 32, the second episode of our GRIDBREAKER arc which follows the team as they step inside an immersive video game world to hunt down a soul who seemingly lurks inside the game. For this episode and the rest of the Gridbreaker arc we are using The Sprawl roleplaying system which relies on a simple success, mixed success and failure system to resolve any potentially dicey situation. Each player will be playing their character from the rest of the podcast (the quote-unquote real world) playing another character in this Gridbreaker video game. It’s a little high concept, but I promise it’s not too hard to follow. Thanks so much for listening. https://ghostpuncher.net/corps

2019 Showcase: Dark Dice
Greetings Adventurers, this is Travis Vengroff, the Game Master, Producer, and Creator of Dark Dice – a horror podcast that blurs the line between actual play and audio drama – where the story is determined by the roll of the dice. Six travelers embark on a journey into the ruinous domain of the nameless god. They will never be the same again. One of the players is not what they seem after a doppleganger, a creature that can assume the form and voice of whatever it kills, infiltrates their team. As the players are picked off and replaced one at time can they figure out who the monster is before its too late? Can you? You’re about to hear our first episode, which is rated R for violence and language. If you dare continue, gamble your sanity and subscribe to Dark Dice however you listen to podcasts. http://darkdice.libsyn.com
