Jealousy has no place in a healthy  relationship. Many times in abusive relationships jealousy will start  off as a minor annoyance, but can quickly escalate into a daily  problem.

The first signs of jealousy can be to  gradually isolate you from family and friends. Jealousy can also  include constantly accusing you of cheating or flirting with other  people.

University years really are the best years of our lives

The study found almost two thirds of adults (65 per cent) who left  university at least 10 years ago still rate it as the best time of their  lives so far.

Learning about their chosen subject (58 per cent), meeting new  friends (54 per cent) and enjoying new-found independence (54 per cent)  were the top reasons given.

Mum's first few days after giving birth.

Your body has just been through a challenging experience, and you’ll  probably feel sore and bruised. A lot happens in the first few days after the birth of your child. There'll be physical and emotional changes. You'll produce colostrum to  feed your baby before your breast milk starts. You'll be feeding your  baby a lot, and not sleeping much...

Whether  you are at the beginning of your studies or at the very end, you sure  have heard countless times so far that studying is the best period of a  person’s life. At the first glance it seems like a cliché, which people  always pronounced with a certain dose of sadness. With all the  commitments, strict professors and difficult exams for which one needs  to study for months, it does not really seem to be an amusing period of  life.

Our teenage years are a time of rapid change.
