I didn't do my research and through a Google search looking for something else, I learned that "The Four Pillars of Alzheimer's Prevention" is a trademarked phrase. So I'm having to make a quick shift and remove all of the references to the Four pillars and change them to the FIVE pillars which I've checked and know is not trademarked. I also know that our "pillars" differ some so I should be safe. I've also included a quick clip in here about circadian which was my planned topic for tonight and I'll touch on much more next week. The trend right now of pushing being fat as being healthy is basically giving permission to people who don't want to do the work to get their life back and be healthy, to stay stuck in an unhealthy relationship (probably with food). This is a dangerous narrative to project into the world as it will cause obesity to skyrocket, diabetes to escalate to even more astounding numbers and the projection of Alzheimer's to exceed the four times MORE cases by 2050.
