Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY faced a form of not feeling welcomed, or feeling like they don't belong at a certain point in their lives. Some of us learn from this and deviate away from that type of mindset and really make something out of it, while many of us struggle to find the capability of adapting this mindset into our lives. I speak on both of these types' behalf, because I experienced it myself!

Hiya dear listeners! I hope you are having a wonderful day/evening! For the first time in this podcast, I have collaborated with a dear friend of mine, Eqbal to discuss the importance of taking care of your mental health especially in a world where people don't seem to understand why one is experiencing difficulties. There are many causes beyond those mentioned in the episode as well as solutions. However, we have put together a short list of potential things you can do in order for you to gain a little bit of perspective. This topic has been chosen by Eqbal and has planned accordingly and I am really happy I got to discuss a little bit of mental health on this platform and hope to continue doing so!

Achieving Anything by Rewriting Your Limiting Beliefs
Good Day Dearies,
I was really inspired to create this episode, as it is long overdue. Subconscious limiting beliefs is a topic I've been talking about for almost a year and finally, I showcase all that information within this episode in order for everybody to start understanding their potential obstacles to achievements.
This episode is broken down into 4 parts;
1. Understanding the difference between your conscious and subconscious mind
2. Channeling your subconscious mind for potential limiting beliefs
3. Writing and Rewriting your limiting beliefs to fulfill a new belief system
4. Living with your new belief system
What I hope individuals get out of this episode is of course to get rid of barriers in their minds which they may not be aware of. Rewriting them and having a new belief system is something that has definitely changed my life and motivated me, and so, I'm hoping everybody listens and grasps that concept. @iamabdullamurad is the Life Coach from Kuwait that I mentioned in this episode!

Are narcissism, pessimism, manipulation, entitlement, and disregard for other people's emotions some of the factors you are noticing? However, you have to understand that it has got nothing to do with you and is a large contributor to their life and decisions. Eliminating Grudges From Your Life
In today's podcast, I will be sharing some misunderstandings when it comes to forgiveness, how it is actually effective for you in the long term, and potential practice to keep away from holding grudges. I share two main tips that have really helped me think carefully about forgiveness in a selfless manner, by understanding that a problem to a person comes from a deeper level than we think, as well as the choice to put yourself in a position of hurt! To illustrate, everybody's hurt somebody in the past. I'm guaranteed you've involved yourself in a hurtful act in somebody's life and to this they do not know about it, you could potentially be feeling sorry for what happened. What if one day they actually find out what you have done, would you not want them to eventually let that feeling go so that they would forgive you? Or would you rather them find out and have this unpleasant feeling of them knowing what you have actually done.

The Law of Attraction
Asking: You think carefully about your desires; literally anything you want! (Money, Relationship, Job, Ask the universe with feelings full of gratitude and hope. Trust that the universe will lead you to your desire sometime in the future which may occur in different outcomes than expected.
Believe: Reenact and prepare yourself for when the desire comes. Act as if you are living with your desire, how would you act, walk, talk, and treat your life if you have your desire, the more realistic you make it, the better chance of it working out sooner! Connecting with your emotions is the key here.
Receive: Be grateful you have your desire, even if you don't have it yet. Being thankful for events and loving your desire in advance puts you on a high vibrational level which is a key factor in manifesting things into your life.
Just a tip; have high hopes, but practice this with smaller things, such as a random bill you will receive, a free cup of tea, etc. You will lose patience if you manifest big things at first and not receive the action quickly, smaller things will help you understand the power behind it.
