David Martin has had an amazing career in elite sport.  From driving the science behind Cycling Australia's huge success in the 2000s to setting up a new training centre for the Philadelphia 76ers, he's done it all.  We chat with David about his career which has spanned almost 30 years and the various characters he has met along the way.

David Millar takes us inside his amazing rollercoaster ride as a pro cyclist.  From wearing the yellow jersey at the 2000 Tour de France to fighting through some extremely dark periods in the mid 2000s.  We chat about the current state of cycling and how different the 2020 edition of the Tour de France will look with minimal media on the ground.  David also discusses living in the 'real world' post his professional cycling career and leaves us with some advice during this current world pandemic.

In this episode we chat with Australian Basketball legend Chris Anstey.  He opens up about his time in the NBA, including the game when his Dallas Mavericks pulled off the impossible to beat the Chicago Bulls.  We also chat about his near death experience in Russia and how he found motivation again when returning to Australia.

On Anzac Day 2020 we're joined by David Howell to chat about the battle of Kokoda.  David served as an infantry soldier and has done over 50 treks along the Kokoda Track in PNG.  David is also passionate about the history of the campaign and shares details about the battle as well as some intimate stories from the 39th Battalion.  

Former cyclist and Mitchelton-Scott sports director Julian Dean opens up about what are the keys to building a strong culture in sport using examples from the All Blacks to the NBA.   He also opens up about the struggles in retirement and how the current climate in world sport looks post Covid-19.
